【請求項１】被服や雨具の下に着用されるものであって、上記被服や上記雨具と体との間に空気通路（８）を確保する空気通路作成材（２）を有する空気通路作成装置（１０）。
【請求項２】上記空気通路作成材（２）は、棒状のものであることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の空気通路作成装置（１０）。
【請求項３】空気が流通可能な入口（４）及び出口（３）を有する入口及び出口付きの被服（１）又は雨具（５）と、上記入口及び出口付きの被服（１）又は雨具（５）の内側に取り付けられ上記入口及び出口付きの被服（１）又は雨 具（５）と体との間に空気通路（８）を確保する空気通路作成材（２）とを備え、上記入口（４）から上記空気通路（８）に外気が流入し上記出口（３）から上記空気通路（８）の空気が外部へ出る内部温度調整装置。

【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、被服や雨具と体との間に空気通路を確保する空気通路作成装置及び内部温度調整装置に関する。

【従来技術と問題点】
従来の被服内、雨具内の温度調整は被服の表生地に目の荒い生地および微細な孔明き生地を採用している。これらの被服は運動用および雨具用として使用しているが、体温が放熱し易いように被服の生地に工夫をしている。運動用以外に目の荒い生地を使用すると放熱のみを目的としているため、保温には不向きな面もある。雨具用は長く使用していると微細な孔明き生地に目づまりが起きやすいなどの不都合な点もある。
本発明は上記の欠点を取り除くために成されたものでその目的とするところは、被服や雨具内が蒸れて不快になることのない空気通路作成装置及び内部温度調整装置を得ることである。

【問題を解決する手段】
被服内、雨具内の温度調整を行うため被服内、雨具内の体温により温められた空気が流通可能な通常の使用状態における高い方に出口（３）、低い方に入口（４）を有し、被服（１）や雨具（５）と被服Ａ（６）、被服（１）と体（７）に囲まれ連なった空間に被服（１）や雨具（５）の内側に空気通路作成材（２）を取り付け空気通路（８）を設ける。空気通路の確保を必要としない被服（１）や雨具（５）には出口（３）、入口（４）を設け、従来被服や従来雨具の空気通路（８）の確保はこれらの下に空気通路作成材（２）を取り付けた空気通路作成装置（１０）を着用して設ける。本装置の作用は空気通路（８）の空気が体温により温められ、外気より軽くなって高い方の出口（３）へと移動し外部に出る。同時に低い方の入口（４）から外気が空気通路（８）に流入し、被服内、雨具内温度を下げる。この現象の繰り返しにより被服内、雨具内の温度調整が可能となる体温の排熱と空気通路（８）による温度調整装置。本装置の機能の調整および停止は空気通路（８）の出口（３）、または入口（４）の空気流量調整により行う。

The present invention relates to an air passage creating device that ensures an air passage between clothing or rain gear and the body, and an internal temperature adjusting device .

[Conventional technology and problems]
Conventional clothing and rain gear use coarse-woven or finely perforated fabrics for the outer fabric to regulate temperature. These garments are used for sports and rain gear, and the fabric is designed to allow body heat to dissipate easily. When used for anything other than sports, the coarse-woven fabric is only intended for heat dissipation, so it is not suitable for keeping warm. Rain gear also has the disadvantage that the finely perforated fabric tends to clog after prolonged use.
The present invention has been made to eliminate the above drawbacks, and its object is to provide an air passage creating device and an internal temperature adjusting device that will prevent the inside of clothing or rain gear from becoming stuffy and uncomfortable.

[Methods to solve the problem]
To regulate the temperature inside clothing and rain gear, the clothing and rain gear have an outlet (3) on the higher side and an inlet (4) on the lower side, allowing air heated by body heat to circulate within the clothing and rain gear under normal use conditions. Air passages (8) are established by attaching air passage creating material (2) to the inside of the clothing (1) or rain gear (5) in the space surrounded and connected by clothing (1) or rain gear (5) and clothing A (6), or clothing (1) and the body (7). Clothing (1) and rain gear (5) that do not require an air passage are provided with an outlet (3) and inlet (4). Air passages (8) in conventional clothing and conventional rain gear are established by wearing an air passage creating device (10) with air passage creating material (2) attached underneath. The device works by warming the air in the air passage (8) with body heat, making it lighter than outside air and moving to the higher outlet (3) and out. At the same time, outside air flows into the air passage (8) through the lower inlet (4), lowering the temperature inside the clothing and rain gear. This temperature regulation device allows for temperature regulation inside clothing and rain gear by repeating this phenomenon, using body heat exhaust and air passages (8). The function of this device can be adjusted or stopped by adjusting the air flow rate at the outlet (3) or inlet (4) of the air passages (8).
