Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable instant foodstuffs to be eaten safely, using a container having many advantages, by preventing a harmful substance from being eluted from the container. SOLUTION: This container 2 is designed so that instant foodstuffs 1 contained therein can be eaten safely, by covering the inner side of the container 2 and the backside of a lid 3 thereof with a harmless, water-impermeable and heat-resistant (100 deg.C or higher) material to prevent the elution of a harmful substance, which is a serious defect in using a conventional container. Further, even in the case where the container 2 and the lid 3 are formed of other chemical substances, paper or the like by applying this method to them, they can be used safely.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, instant food containers are made of chemical substances.
Instant food ingredients and various additives (animal and vegetable oils and fats,
Salt, sugar, sugarcane, calcium carbonate, phosphate,
Amino acids, various extracts, baking soda, fillers, vitamins, pigments, antioxidants, protein hydrolysates, soy sauce, milk powder, spices, etc.) cause a chemical reaction with the container, and the container itself is directly affected by boiling water. Harmful substances such as environmental hormones are eluted. As a result, the human body is unknowingly unknown. Further, since some lids are adhered to the upper end of the container, the adhesive adheres to the mouth and chopsticks when eating, which is further dangerous. As a countermeasure, there is always a danger as long as it is a chemical substance even if it is formed with other chemicals that seem safe.

Conventional containers are widely used because they have great advantages such as being easy to form, being inexpensive, and being easily disposed of as burnable refuse after eating. However, pouring hot water has a very serious defect in which harmful substances are eluted. The present invention prevents the elution of harmful substances, which is the only drawback, and makes it possible to safely eat an instant food in a conventional container having many advantages.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In FIG. 1, reference numeral 2 denotes a container for an instant food 1, and 3 denotes a lid, which is formed of a conventional chemical substance. Thus, the instant food 1 is placed in the container 2, covered with the lid 3, and sealed with the wrapping paper 4. In the present invention, a harmless, water-impermeable, heat-resistant (100 ° C. or higher) aluminum foil is used to form a coating material 5 having the same shape as that in the container 2. The container 2 is fitted into the container 2, and the upper part is put on the upper end of the container 2 and pressed. Similarly, the back side of the lid 3 also covers the covering material 5. In this case, the covering material 5 may be adhered to the body and bottom of the container 2 and the back side of the lid 3. Note that a single aluminum foil may be pressed onto the inside of the container 2 and the back side of the lid 3 and fitted. In the above, a thin aluminum plate may be used instead of the aluminum foil, and other harmless, water-impermeable, and heat-resistant (10
(0 ° C. or higher) may be used regardless of hardness. In addition, the material is preferably a material that does not feel hot even when put on the mouth when eating, and the container 2 and the lid 3 may be formed of other chemical substances, paper, or the like. The coating material 5 is preferably made of aluminum foil that can be treated as burnable dust, and the container 2 and the lid 3 are preferably made of a combustible chemical substance or paper, in consideration of the dust treatment after eating.

In the above description, the coating material 5 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is made of aluminum foil.
Further, a material having heat resistance (100 ° C. or higher) may be sprayed to form a water-impermeable material. In addition, if a harmless, water-impermeable, heat-resistant (100 ° C. or higher) beverage coating material is realized, the coating material 5 may be formed from the coating material. When the aluminum foil is used as the covering material 5, the aluminum foil is fitted into the container 2, and when the upper portion is pressed against the upper end of the container 2, some wrinkles may occur or the portions may partially overlap. , Practically acceptable. The same applies to the case of the lid 3.

As described above, since the container 2 is covered with the harmless covering material 5, even if hot water is poured, the harmful substances do not elute since the instant food 1 is in the safe covering material 5.
Also, even if the lid 3 is covered for several minutes until it is about to be eaten, since the cover 3 is also covered with the safe covering material 5, hot air or steam from below adheres, and dew drops on the instant food 1. Even
It is safe. In addition, even if the mouth is put on the upper part of the covering material 5 when eating, the covering material 5 is provided, so that it is safe and the instant food 1 can be eaten without feeling the heat even in the hot water. The above is the same for the case 2 of any material. As described above, the food can be safely eaten regardless of the material of the container 2, and the coating material 5 is interposed between the poured hot water and the container 2 and the lid 3, so that heat is hardly transmitted to the outer surfaces of the container 2 and the lid 3.
Since it does not become hot, it is easy to eat with the container 2. Therefore,
Even if it is formed of paper, other materials, or any kind of chemical substances, it can be used safely, and the thickness can be thin, so that it can be manufactured at low cost and can easily perform post-meal refuse treatment. Also, since the coating material 5 can be formed by thermal spraying, if the coating method is selected according to the type of the instant food 1 and the material of the container 2 and the lid 3, the safe container 2 and the lid 3 can be appropriately formed. I can do it. It should be noted that the structure of the present invention is simple and can be applied not only to the instant food 1 but also to food trays, lunch boxes, prepared food packs, cups, bowls and various containers made of chemical substances, and the covering material is made of aluminum foil If the container 2 and the lid 3 are made of a flammable chemical substance or paper, they can be easily treated as burnable refuse after eating.
