Abstract

SOLUTION: A high pressure jet mall 1 is inserted from a nozzle 2 into piping 3. Water pressurized by a high pressure water generator 4 is ejected from the jet mall 1 through a high pressure water hose 5 to remove deposits in the piping 3. The jet mall 1 has a jet nozzle for removing deposits in the front part and a jet nozzle for self-propulsion in the rear part and is capable of self-propulsion by adjusting ejection force of the front and rear parts. The jet mall 1 is connected with the hose 5 through a swivel joint 7 to be able to rotate, and the jet nozzle exerts a deposit removing effect over the whole surface in the propulsion direction. The jet mall 1 is propelled while removing deposits. Crushed substances are discharged from the piping 3 by an evacuation device 10 through a suction hose 9.

記吸引ホースの各々に取り付けられたホースの自動送り
出し装置とからなり、前記高圧ジェットモールは、前記
高圧水ホースが接続された後部に設けられた推進用噴射
ノズルと、前記推進用噴射ノズルの反対側の前部に設け
られた、堆積物に加圧された水を噴射するための堆積物
除去用噴射ノズルとを有し、前記輸送配管に設けられた
開口を介して挿入された前記高圧水ホースの先端の前記
高圧ジェットモールの前記除去用噴射ノズルから前記水
を噴射して前記輸送配管内の堆積物を除去するととも
に、前記高圧ジェットモールは前記推進用噴射ノズルか
ら噴射される前記水によって自己推進する機能を有して
おり、除去された堆積物は前記開口を介して挿入された
前記吸引ホースの先端から吸引され前記輸送配管から排
出されることを特徴とする高粘度スラリー輸送配管内の
堆積物除去装置。
