Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for producing high-quality artificial sand. SOLUTION: Raw ore material contg. granite is treated with a primary crusher and is subjected to a wet process treatment with a rod mill or ball mill and then to a sieving treatment. The coarse grain component larger than a prescribed grain size is treated with a hydraulic gyratory crusher for crushing the grains to each other and/or vertical type rotary centrifugal crusher and is then subjected to the sieving treatment. The fine grain component smaller than the prescribed size is subjected to the wet process treatment at least once with the rod mill or ball mill and is further subjected to grain size regulation by using a fine sand and recovering device.

改善品が知られているが、水性天然砂の品質には達せ
ず、また品質が一定しないといった問題点を有してい
る。本発明の目的はこれらの従来技術の問題点を解消し
天然砂と同等ないしそれ以上の性能を融着する高品質の
人工砂を設計目標粒度に応じ安定して多量に製造するこ
とが可能な人工砂の製造方法及び装置を提供することに
ある。

破砕用油圧式旋動破砕機、堅型回転式遠心破砕機、分級
機及び微砂回収装置を組合せたことを特徴とする人工砂
製造装置である。

種試験により考察を行なった。得られた試験結果、およ
び各種混合物の配合割合と合成粒度は、表−1〜表−4
に示すとおりである。
