Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system, in which a luminaire is not darkly lighted being influenced by a light source of a luminaire lighted beforehand. SOLUTION: This lighting system has an illuminance sensor 5 to detect illuminance of a surface to be irradiated, a light modulating device 6 to control light modulation by a detected signal from the illuminance sensor 5, and plural luminaires 1-4 equipped with light sources controlled for light modulation by a modulated light signal from the light modulating device 6. In this case, when lighting of a second luminaire starts after a first luminaire is lighted, it is lighted in a condition where its brightness is at least almost same or brighter in comparison with the brightness of the first luminaire in the condition where the light is modulated.

Description of the Related Art There is a lighting device including a plurality of lighting fixtures each including a light source. Each lighting device is turned on when the power is turned on, and at the same time, the illuminance sensor starts operating, detects the illuminance on the surface to be illuminated, and adjusts the output of the light source so that the illuminance becomes appropriate. An appropriate illuminance is such that the output of the light source is increased when the surface to be irradiated is dark, and the output of the light source is decreased when the surface to be irradiated is bright.

[0004] In addition, deviations and irregularities in the output of the light source occur among the respective lighting devices. In order to avoid this, it is necessary to turn on each lighting fixture of another power supply system at the same time. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to turn on one lighting apparatus first when the surroundings are dark, such as at night, and then turn on another lighting apparatus even if the illuminance sensors of a plurality of lighting apparatuses having different power supply systems are installed close to each other. It is an object of the present invention to provide a lighting device that can prevent a lighting device that is turned on later from becoming dark due to the influence of light from a light source of a lighting device that is turned on first even if the lighting device that is located close to the lighting device is turned on.

At the start of lighting of the lighting equipment of the first, instead of full lighting,
Regardless of the lighting equipment of the first lighting equipment, as a state substantially equal to or more than the brightness of the dimming state of the first lighting equipment,
Lighting is performed at a low illuminance of about 60% or 70% of full lighting. Next, the illuminance of the surface to be illuminated is detected by the illuminance sensor 5 and dimming control is performed. In this case, the characteristic a is a case where the surroundings are dark, and the light output is adjusted to a light output slightly brighter than at the start of lighting. The characteristic b is a case where the surroundings are bright, and the dimming is slightly darker than at the start of lighting.

The first lighting device is turned on first, and then the second lighting device is turned on.
When the second lighting device is turned on, the second lighting device reads the detection signal or dimming signal of the first lighting device, and first turns on with the same light output as the first lighting device. Then, the illuminance of the illuminated surface is detected by the illuminance sensor of the second lighting fixture,
Dimming control is performed. In the case of the exchange of the detection signal at the start of lighting of the second lighting device, the second lighting device can be dimmed by the detection signal from the illuminance sensor 5 of the first lighting device.
The second lighting fixture has the same light output as the first lighting fixture.
