Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in ozone and powder dust processing and maintenance work and to realize space saving by making a duct member constituting a duct path attachable/detachable at connections with a processing device. SOLUTION: This ozone and powder dust processing device 9 is constituted of a casing 27 inside which a dust-proof filter 25 and an ozone filter 26 are housed and an exhaust fan 28, and a collective duct member 19 and the casing 27 are constituted attachably/detachably. Namely, a U-shaped recess 30 (guide groove) is formed at the end of the casing 27, and a projecting rib 31 freely engaged with the recess 30 is formed at the end of the member 19. Thus, the casing 27 and the member 19 are constituted attachably/detachably. Therefore, the device 9 is easily attached to/detached from the member 19 in the maintenance work, so that the work efficiency is improved and the space saving is realized.
