The cold insulator according to the present invention comprises:
A polymer absorbent is filled in a bag having water permeability, and a liquid smaller than the maximum absorption amount of the polymer absorbent is absorbed by the polymer absorbent, and the polymer absorbent is frozen. Or to cool. As described above, in the present invention, since the polymer absorber absorbs a liquid in an amount smaller than the maximum absorption amount, the polymer absorber still has an absorbing power, and the polymer absorber is placed on the surface of the bag. Can absorb the condensation that occurs on the surface. Even when the frozen liquid is melted, it does not leak out of the bag due to the absorbing power of the polymer absorber.
For this reason, the object to be cooled and its surroundings can be cooled without getting wet. Also, since the polymer absorber absorbs a smaller amount of liquid than the maximum absorption amount, all liquids are absorbed inside the polymer absorber, and adjacent polymer absorbers absorb water. Not strongly connected through. For this reason, since the shape of the cold insulator can be freely deformed, it can be brought into contact with a joint portion or a portion having irregularities without a gap, and the cooling effect can be improved.

Next, the operation of the cold insulator according to this embodiment based on the above configuration will be described. The cold insulator is deformed into a shape conforming to the uneven shape of the surface of the object to be cooled, and is fixed to the surface of the object to be cooled by a fixing member (not shown) such as a string or a tape. Since the polymer absorber 1a absorbs a smaller amount of liquid than the maximum absorption amount, all the liquid is absorbed inside the polymer absorber 1a, and the state in which the cold insulator is frozen Also, adjacent polymer absorbers 1a are not strongly connected to each other via water. For this reason, the shape of the cold insulator can be freely deformed according to the uneven shape of the surface of the object to be cooled, and the cooling material is brought into contact with the object to be cooled having unevenness such as a nose or an elbow without any gap, thereby cooling the object. The effect can be increased.

Further, since the polymer absorber 1a absorbs a smaller amount of liquid than the maximum absorption amount, the polymer absorber 1a
The dew condensation on the surface of the cold insulator can be absorbed by the polymer absorber 1a. Also, polymer absorber 1
The liquid absorbed by a does not flow out due to the absorbing power of the polymer absorber 1a. Thereby, the object to be cooled and its surroundings can be cooled without getting wet, and the state during cooling can be maintained in a comfortable state. Since the cold insulator is frozen, the cooling temperature can be reduced to -10 ° C or lower, and this temperature can be maintained for 3 hours or longer, and the cooling effect can be enhanced. The temperature can be easily adjusted by wrapping a gauze, cloth, or the like as a cold insulator.

The cooling material is not limited to the one formed by uniformly absorbing a liquid such as water into the polymer absorber facing one side of the bag, but the polymer is not limited to the polymer absorber facing the one side of the bag. It can also be formed by absorbing a liquid such as water into a part of the absorber. As an example of a cold insulator formed by absorbing a liquid such as water into a part of the polymer absorbent body facing one side of the bag, the polymer absorbent body facing the one side of the bag is formed by applying the liquid into a wavy shape or a straight line. A cold insulator having a configuration absorbed along the shape can be formed. Further, the cold insulator can be used even if cooled without freezing.
In addition, a pattern or the like can be applied to the surface of the cold insulator. The weight of the cold insulator can be adjusted by the amount of water absorbed by the polymer absorber 1a. The shape of the cold insulator can be formed as required, such as a rectangular shape or a heart shape. As the liquid, water is used as an example, but a liquid having a low freezing point mixed with a salt or the like may be used.

As described above, in the present invention, since the polymer absorbent absorbs a liquid in an amount smaller than the maximum absorption amount, the polymer absorbent still has an absorptive power. This has the effect that the absorber can absorb dew condensation generated on the surface of the bag. Even when the frozen liquid is melted, it does not leak out of the bag due to the absorbing power of the polymer absorber. Therefore, there is an effect that cooling can be performed without wetting the object to be cooled and its surroundings. Also, since the polymer absorber absorbs a smaller amount of liquid than the maximum absorption amount, all liquids are absorbed inside the polymer absorber, and adjacent polymer absorbers absorb water. Do not freeze in the state of being strongly connected through. For this reason, since the shape of the cold insulator can be freely deformed, it can be brought into contact with a joint portion or a portion having irregularities without any gap, and the cooling effect can be improved. Further, in the present invention, since the absorber is disposed on the side surface of the coolant, the absorber can absorb the dew condensation generated on the surface of the coolant, and has an effect of cooling without wetting the object to be cooled. . Since there is no need to freeze or cool the coolant in advance, it has excellent portability and can be used even in an emergency. Further, in the present invention, since the absorber is provided on the side surface of the coolant via the waterproof sheet, the absorber can absorb the dew condensation generated on the surface of the waterproof sheet, and the object to be cooled can be cooled. It has the effect that it can be cooled without wetting. In addition, since a waterproof sheet is interposed between the coolant and the absorber, the liquid does not flow to the absorber when absorbing the liquid into the coolant, and a predetermined amount of liquid is absorbed by the coolant. It has the effect that it can be done. Further, in the present invention, the exposed drug surface is peeled off and the exposed drug surface is attached to the affected area, and the cold insulator is fixed to the affected area with a fixing member or the like, so that the affected area can be cooled with cool air released from the cold insulator. This has the effect that the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of the affected area due to cold air can be enhanced. In addition, by cooling the affected part, the affected part is no longer stuffy, and there is an effect that discomfort and rash due to the stuffiness can be prevented. In addition, there is an effect that the medicine surface can be maintained at a low temperature by the cool air of the cold insulator, and the efficacy of the medicine such as analgesic and anti-inflammatory can be maintained for a long time. In addition, as described above, since the cold insulator itself absorbs the dew condensation generated on the surface of the cold insulator, the medicine surface, the affected part, the clothes, and the like do not get wet, and the affected part can be kept clean, which may be accompanied by discomfort. No effect. In addition, since the shape of the cold insulator can be freely deformed, there is an effect that the medicine surface can be stuck to an affected part or a joint having irregularities without any gap. In the present invention,
By peeling off the release paper and attaching the exposed drug surface to the affected area and fixing the cold insulator to the affected area with a fixing member etc., the affected area can be cooled by the cool air released from the cold insulator, and the pain relief and quenching of the affected area by the cold air It has the effect that the effect can be enhanced.
Also, as described above, the cold insulator absorbs the dew condensation generated on the surface of the coolant by the absorber, so that the medicine surface, the affected part, the clothes, etc. do not get wet, the affected part can be kept clean, accompanied by discomfort In addition, in the present invention, the base material on which the chemical material is applied can be removed from the cold insulator, so that the cold insulator can be used repeatedly by replacing it with a new base material, thereby reducing the cost. It has the effect of being good. In addition, since the cold insulator has a simple configuration, it is inexpensive and has the effect of being disposable. Further, in the present invention, the base material on which the chemical material is applied can be removed from the absorber of the cold insulating material. Have. In addition, since the cold insulator has a simple configuration, it is inexpensive and has the effect of being disposable.
