Abstract

In the formation of this waterproof layer, a sheet 19 such as cloth or tape having a release agent applied on base 11, 11' side (reverse side) is mounted on the overlapping joint part 10 to prevent the bases from being adhered to the waterproof layer. に、糊等の接着性の弱い接着剤を基材側に面する方に部
分的または全体的に塗布しておいてもよい。
