Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a capsule with high sealing by sealing a resin capsule for glass tube-made anchor bolt fixing, whose end is closed, housing a flammable substance volatilizing at low temperature with foaming resin having adhesion. SOLUTION: Unsaturated polyester resin 1, silica stone 2, a curing agent 3 are respectively weighed to fill the inside of a glass tube 4 with a bottom, an upper part is filled with two-liquid type foaming urethane to form and cure, the opening part of the glass tube 4 is sealed and a capsule for anchor bolt fixing is manufactured. The unsaturated polyester resin 1 and the curing agent 3 are alternately filled into the glass tube 4 with the bottom, the two-liquid type foaming urethane is filled thereon to foam and cure, and the opening part may be sealed. Thereby breakability is excellent, driving resistance is small, the capsule of high sealing can be safely, easily and inexpensively manufactured, and secular deterioration of quality and lowering of safety and sanitation at the time of storing and transporting can be prevented.

The conventional method of attaching a cap involves a problem in that, in the course of production and use, the volatile content penetrates or leaks through the cap, resulting in deterioration of quality over time, and the like. In addition to shortening the length of storage, safety and hygiene may be reduced due to the leakage of organic gas from the storage area during storage, and handling may be restricted due to the danger of explosion due to the filling of flammable gas. In addition to unsanitary and unsafe obstacles, it also causes problems such as odor pollution of other consigned cargoes, which has been an obstacle to the spread of products. In addition, there is a problem in that the strength and workability of the cap remain in the concrete hole or on the wall surface due to the poor friability of the cap. This point becomes an obstacle particularly in the case of a drive-in type capsule because the hitting resistance increases.

[0004] On the other hand, the method using sealing may cause an explosion accident or a fire accident during the production, and therefore, utmost care must be taken to eliminate the danger of work. At present, the performance is reduced, but the fire sensitivity of the contents is reduced, or the filling amount is reduced to increase the useless space so that the contents do not affect the fire, but the performance of the product decreases. However, there is also a possibility that the useless space becomes a void after the anchor is embedded. In addition, there is a problem that expensive equipment and advanced technology for sealing are required.

EXAMPLE 1 In FIG. 1, an unsaturated polyester resin 1
9.0g, silica 2 20.0g, hardener 3 1.6g
It is accurately weighed and filled into a bottomed glass tube 4 having a diameter of 17.0 mm and a length of 120 mm, and 0.14 g of a two-component urethane foam (Insalpak (R)) is filled thereon, followed by foaming. After curing, the opening of the glass tube was sealed to produce an anchor bolt fixing capsule. Five capsules were placed in a sealed 50 × 50 × 50 cm box, each facing upward, sideways and downward, and allowed to stand for one month. After the standing, the atmosphere in the box was examined, but no flammable gas was detected. No leakage of the contents was found in the appearance of the capsule. Next, a hole for M16 having a hole diameter of 19 mm and a hole depth of 130 mm was made in the transparent resin molded product, and the capsule was inserted into the hole so that the urethane foam-filled portion became the opening of the hole. When the cut all screw bolts were applied, it was clearly confirmed that the urethane foam was uniformly pulverized and mixed.

Embodiment 2 In FIG. 4, a diameter of 17.0 mm and a length of 1
Unsaturated polyester resin 1 and curing agent 3 are alternately charged into a 20 mm bottomed glass tube 4, and 0.14 g of a two-component urethane foam (Insalpak (R)) is filled thereon, followed by foaming. The glass tube was cured and the opening of the glass tube was sealed to produce a drive-in type anchor bolt fixing capsule. here,
The filling amount was determined so that the weight ratio of the unsaturated polyester resin to the curing agent per layer was 2: 1. The number of layers was three each. Next, a hole for M16 having a hole diameter of 19 mm and a hole depth of 130 mm was made in the transparent resin molded product, and the capsule was inserted into the hole so that the urethane foam-filled portion was at the opening of the hole. When hammering was performed by hammering, it was clearly confirmed that the impact resistance was small and that the urethane foam was uniformly crushed and mixed.
