Conventionally, such an elastic pad is mounted on a shoe plate. (1) A nut is embedded in a rubber portion of the elastic pad, and the shoe plate is placed on the shoe from the back side in the thickness direction. (See Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-74594) (2) A hook is formed at one end in the width direction of the core portion of the elastic pad so as to engage with one end of the footwear plate. The other end of the elastic pad in the width direction is connected by a bolt or the like penetrating the footwear plate in the thickness direction (Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No.
(See Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 9-95267 and 9-95267), and (3) a hook is formed at one end in the width direction of the core portion of the elastic pad so as to be engaged with one end of the crawler plate. A separate hook fitting engaged with the elastic pad, and the hook fitting is fixed to a side surface of the rubber portion of the elastic pad by a bolt penetrating in the width direction (actually open flat 5-8).
No. 0984), and (4) hooks are formed at both ends of the core portion of the elastic pad so as to be engaged with both ends of the crawler plate, and the engaging groove interval between both hooks is formed larger than the width of the crawler plate. Then, both hooks can be engaged with both ends of the footwear plate, and a pin that penetrates the hook member in the thickness direction is press-fitted into a widthwise gap created between the engagement groove of one hook and the footwear plate. (See JP-A-8-58647).

In the case of the prior art (1), since it is necessary to embed nuts and bolts in the rubber portion of the elastic pad, the rubber thickness in this portion is reduced. There was a problem that the rubber portion was damaged from the portion and the rubber portion was peeled off from the core material, and the durability was poor. Also, since there are many bolting points, connection work takes time and labor, and processing for forming a hole for bolt insertion is required on the footwear plate, and for a footwear plate not having the hole, Was unfittable.

In the prior art (2), one end of the core material is engaged with the shoe via a hook, so that the mounting work is slightly easier than in the prior art (1). Since it is necessary to insert a nut or the like in the part and a hole for inserting a bolt is required in the footwear plate, it has the same disadvantage as that of the prior art (1). The prior art (3) does not require the formation of a bolt insertion hole in the footwear plate because the footwear plate is connected to the footwear plate by a hook and a separate hook metal fitting. It is necessary to embed nuts, etc., and the rubber thickness may be reduced as described above, which may cause a decrease in durability. In addition, since the bolt fastening portion is on the side surface of the elastic pad, the unevenness of the uneven road surface There is a high possibility that the bolt comes into contact with obstacles from the ground or from the side during traveling or the like, and the bolt may be damaged or rust may be formed due to adhesion of mud or the like, making removal difficult.

In the conventional example (4), since both ends of the elastic pad are attached by hooks, a bolt insertion hole is formed in the crawler or the rubber portion is made thinner as in other prior arts. However, since the pins are pressed into the hooks, they cannot be easily attached and detached. In addition, since the pin is pressed in from the ground contact side in the thickness direction, the press-fitting part of the pin approaches the ground contact side, and mud or the like is clogged in the part or rust is easily generated on the pin due to adhesion of muddy water. Was made more difficult.

In the prior art (4), although play in the width direction can be restricted by press-fitting the pin, in the thickness direction there is a risk of play due to the gap between the hook and the shoe plate. (3) had a similar problem. By the way, the above-mentioned conventional techniques (1) to
In (3), a plurality of ridges extending in the width direction are provided on the surface of the crawler plate, and the crawler plate and the crawler link are connected between the ridges at the center in the width direction of the crawler plate. [0008] Conventional example (1) for such a crawler
In the elastic pad of (2), the shape of the core material is formed in a side surface uneven shape along the footwear plate and the ridge portion, and a hole is formed in the core material in order to retract the head of the connection bolt or the like. A concave portion for storage such as a bolt head is formed in the rubber portion bonded to the core material. Further, in the prior art (3), the entire core is positioned on the connecting bolt or the like and retracted.

However, when the core material is formed along the unevenness of the footwear plate and the ridge, the back surface of the rubber portion adhered to the core material also has an uneven shape, which causes a large change in the cross section and a stress concentration. There has been a problem that the rubber portion is easily damaged by the generation, and a load is directly applied to the storage concave portion such as a bolt and the rubber portion is peeled off from the portion. In addition, when the entire core material is positioned on the connecting bolt, the thickness of the rubber portion is reduced as a whole, and there is a possibility that the original function of the elastic pad such as vibration and noise prevention may not be sufficiently performed.

According to this, since the footwear plate is sandwiched between the pad portion and the first member and the second member, a hole for inserting a bolt is formed in the footwear plate, and a number of bolt fixing portions are formed. The elastic pad can be easily mounted without the provision of the pad, and the durability can be improved without reducing the thickness of the pad portion. Further, since the connecting portion between the first member and the second member is formed on the inner peripheral side of the metal crawler rather than the footwear plate, the connecting portion comes into contact with the ground due to running on an uneven road surface, and muddy soil, muddy water, etc. Adhesion to the connection portion is also reduced, and damage and rust on the connection portion are prevented, so that attachment and detachment can be easily performed.

According to a ninth concrete means, in addition to any one of the first to eighth concrete means, a center portion in the width direction of the core material is formed of a plurality of ridges projecting from the surface of the crawler board. It is arranged on the top surface, and both end portions in the width direction are bent to the back side from the center portion and are arranged between the ridge portions, and according to this, the back side of the pad portion In order to reduce the stress concentration as the whole does not have a severe uneven shape along the surface of the footboard, the footboard on the back side of the pad body to retreat the connecting bolts and nuts etc. between the footboard and the crawler link Even when a recess for storing the bolt head is formed at the contact portion with the core, the recess is covered from the ground side with a core material, so that the load is not directly applied to the recess. It is possible to prevent the elastic material from being damaged from the concave portion and from being separated from the core material. In addition, since the thickness of the pad portion can be ensured at both ends in the width direction of the core material, the vibration suppression and noise prevention functions are hardly impaired, and sufficient contact with obstacles from the width direction side is obtained. It is a structure that can endure.
