Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a writing even when a user has a handicap in the hand by a method wherein at an upper part of a rotating body, an attaching base in provided with a supporting body, and on the attaching base, a hand fitting part and a writing utensil fitting part are provided. SOLUTION: An attaching base 3 is provided at an upper part of a rotating body 1 with a supporting body 6, and on the attaching base 3, a hand fitting part 2 and a writing utensil fitting part 4 are provided.
