Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain easily an endless stamp belt with excellent durability by superimposing a sheet consisting of thermoplastic porous body on a base material, giving heat seal at appropriate spaces, and welding the base material and thermoplastic porous body partially. SOLUTION: A plain woven cotton cloth formed by two-play yarn is used for a base material 1, and a thermoplastic porous body 2 is superimposed on the base material 1, an appropriate part thereof is fused to the base material 1, and unfused part 4 is formed into a base seat 5. Upon manufacturing a printing belt in this manner, at first, sodium chloride time powder is added and kneaded with polyethylene resin to manufacture a plate-shaped sheet, which is immersed in a warm water to wash out sodium chloride, and the sheet is dried. Following this, the sheet is placed on plain woven cotton cloth formed by two-ply yarn to be fused at constant spaces with a heat sealer to be adhered with the cotton cloth. Subsequently, a negative film is superimposed on the base seat 5, and the margin part is fused by irradiation of infrared ray from the negative film side to form a stamp surface and, after that, both ends thereof are superimposed to be welded by a heat sealing machine.

2. Description of the Related Art Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No.
Rotary mark consisting of an endless printing belt using a porous body having open cells as disclosed in -118210 etc.
Since the ink can be built in itself, it is possible to continuously apply the seal without attaching the ink every time it is used, which is very useful. Conventionally, a sponge rubber is mainly used for the porous body of such an endless printing belt, and a cotton cloth is mainly used as a base material for complementing the strength of the rubber. Almost no change was made to other materials such as thermoplastics. This is probably because thermoplastic substances such as polyethylene and polypropylene have poor adhesiveness to cotton cloth, and have a problem that they cannot be put to practical use when used for the endless printing belt. In addition, in the conventional endless printing belt of rotary marking, when molding an endless printing belt, a method of simultaneously forming a stamped surface such as a character, a figure, a symbol, and a pattern at the same time is used. The sculpture of the pedestal and the stamp surface is used in two steps. But,
In this method, required characters, figures, patterns, and the like must be engraved in a mold in advance, and it has not been possible to form additional characters after manufacturing an endless printing belt.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below in detail.
As the base material used in the present invention, a cloth obtained by plain weaving or twill weaving fibers such as cotton, silk, rayon, nylon, and polyester can be used. Various fabrics using up to natural fibers can be used. The base material used in the present invention is a base material which does not melt at the melting point of the thermoplastic substance, and is not stretched in order to prevent defects during molding of the endless printing belt. As the thermoplastic porous body used in the present invention, a thermoplastic resin that melts at 50 ° C. to 180 ° C. is used. For example, polyethylene, polypropylene, vinyl chloride, and the like can be used, and polyethylene is particularly preferably used. In the present invention, in order to obtain a porous body having open cells, a mixture obtained by adding at least a water-soluble bubble forming agent such as sodium chloride or calcium chloride to a thermoplastic resin and kneading the mixture is molded into a sheet, and then the water-soluble bubbles are formed. The forming agent is washed out and made porous.
When the porous body is manufactured, a heat generating material fine powder that absorbs infrared rays and generates heat, such as carbon black, and other coloring agents may be added and kneaded in addition to the water-soluble bubble forming agent. To form a porous body, there is also a method of forming open cells by mixing a foaming agent with a thermoplastic resin, but it is not preferable because it is difficult to obtain continuous cells having a uniform size.

The endless belt of the present invention is manufactured as follows. First, at least a water-soluble bubble-forming agent such as sodium chloride or calcium chloride is added to a thermoplastic material such as polyethylene, and if necessary, a heat-generating material fine powder such as carbon black is added, kneaded, and extruded into a plate. To create a sheet. Next, the water-soluble bubble-forming agent is eluted with water or hydrochloric acid to form a sheet-like thermoplastic porous body. Next, a base material is prepared, the thermoplastic porous body is placed on the base material, and 50 ° C to 200 ° C from the thermoplastic porous body side.
The thermoplastic porous body is melted at appropriate intervals by using a laser beam such as a mold, a sealer, a trowel, or a carbon dioxide laser or a YAG laser. As a result, the base material and the thermoplastic porous body are partially bonded by the dissolved thermoplastic substance. Also,
The remaining portion without being melted forms the pedestal with the thickness of the thermoplastic porous body remaining as it is. Note that the side surface of the pedestal is also in a molten state. Next, both ends of the product obtained in this manner are overlapped and melt-bonded with a heat sealing machine,
This is cut to the required width to form an annular endless printing belt.

In the present invention, in order to form a stamp face, required characters, figures, etc. are formed on the pedestal.
More specifically, a portion of the thermoplastic porous body corresponding to the blank other than the required characters and the like is melted and solidified to form a non-porous body from which ink cannot ooze, and a portion of the thermoplastic porous body corresponding to the characters and the like. Is formed so as to allow ink to ooze out to form a stamped surface. This process is performed either before or after the endless printing belt is formed into an annular shape, and the necessary characters and the like are set to a black background and the margins are set to a transparent film. A method of overlaying the negative film represented on the pedestal and irradiating infrared rays from the film side to melt the margin, or a carbon dioxide laser
A method of melting margins such as letters using a laser beam such as a YAG laser, or heating a mold engraving required letters and the like to 50 to 200 ° C. and pressing the mold against the pedestal to remove margins other than letters and the like And the like. At this time, the difference in height between the portion such as a character and the margin portion is preferably about 0.01 mm to 1.0 mm. In any case, if an endless printing belt with only a pedestal on which characters and the like are not initially formed is manufactured, an endless printing belt on which the necessary characters and the like are formed in a required quantity can be obtained later when needed. Therefore, there is no need to keep an inventory of useless finished products.

The present invention will be described below with reference to examples. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a base material, which is made of a cotton cloth in which a 120-th double yarn is plain woven in a length and width of 120 yarns / inch. 2
Is a thermoplastic porous body, and uses a porous polyethylene which melts at 70 ° C. Reference numeral 3 denotes an adhesive portion, which is bonded to the base material 1 by dissolving the thermoplastic porous body 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes a pedestal, which is a portion remaining after dissolving the thermoplastic porous body 2. Next, the manufacturing method of the embodiment will be described. First, sodium chloride fine powder is added to a polyethylene resin and kneaded to produce a plate-like sheet having a thickness of 2 mm. Next, the sheet is immersed in warm water to wash out sodium chloride, and dried when sodium chloride is completely removed. After sufficient drying, the 120th twin yarn is placed on a plain and woven cotton cloth of 120 yarns / inch and melted at regular intervals using a rod-shaped heat sealer heated to 70 ° C., and adhered to the cotton cloth. . At this time, the melted portion becomes an adhesive portion, and the unmelted portion remains as a pedestal. Therefore, the pedestal and the cotton cloth are not bonded at all. Also, the side surface of the pedestal is in a molten state. Next, a negative film in which required characters and the like are made transparent and the margin is expressed as a black background is overlaid on and adhered to the pedestal, and infrared light is irradiated from the negative film side to melt the margin and form a stamped surface. Next, both ends are overlapped and heat-sealed by a heat sealing machine. The endless printing belt whose side is also sealed is completed by cutting the obtained product to a required width with a cutter heated to 70 ° C. In order to form a rotary mark, the cut endless printing belt is incorporated into the rotary mark, and ink is supplied dropwise from the surface to each mark surface to complete the printing.

According to the present invention, even when a thermoplastic material and a conventional base material are used, an endless printing belt which can sufficiently withstand practical use without peeling of the pedestal even when used for a long time can be obtained. . In addition, the non-adhered portion is formed by partially adhering the base material and the thermoplastic porous body, but this improves the flexibility of the endless printing belt, and the smoothness of the rotation when assembled to the rotary mark. The effect was also obtained. Furthermore, since only a pedestal without a stamped surface is once manufactured and an endless printing belt capable of forming a stamped surface again later, it is possible to obtain an endless printing belt in which necessary characters and the like are formed in a necessary quantity when needed. There is no need to keep useless inventories of finished products. Further, since the present invention can seal all parts except for characters and the like, it is possible to suppress the evaporation of the ink and prevent the ink from oozing out from the side of the printing belt.
