Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment to a core and prevent occurrence of adhesion, cracking or chipping of magnets or the like, by forming divided magnets, and mating north poles with south poles by fitting. SOLUTION: When the north pole-magnetized parts 2 and south pole- magnetized parts 4 of a bond magnet 1 are coupled with each other and integrated, the same poles are prevented from being positioned side by side by varying the shape of coupled portions. Specifically, an annular bond magnet 1 is formed by mating recessed portions 3 formed at both the ends of the north pole- magnetized parts 2 with projected portions 5 formed at both the ends of the south pole-magnetized parts 4 by fitting, and attachment to a rotor core is thereby facilitated. Conversely, projected portions may be formed at both the ends of the north pole-magnetized parts, and recessed portions may be formed at both the ends of the south pole-magnetized parts. In addition, since the magnetic field is oriented in the same direction during molding unlike polar anisotropic type, molds can be easily fabricated.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a DC brushless motor used for an outdoor unit for an air conditioner, regarding a plastic magnet used for the rotor, a divided type of sintered ferrite magnet is next to a polar anisotropic type. Although it has a high magnetic flux density, it has problems such as adhesion to the rotor core and cracking and chipping of the magnet.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS When combining a split type N-pole magnetized product and an S-pole magnetized product of a bond magnet and integrating them, the same pole is not lined up at the time of combination by changing the shape of the coupling portion. The configuration is as follows.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of a bond magnet, and FIGS. 2 and 3 are front views showing an example of each of a divided N-pole magnetized product and an S-pole magnetized product. The bond magnet 1 combines the N pole and the S pole by combining the concave portions 3 formed at both ends of the N pole magnetized product 2 and the convex portions 5 formed at both ends of the S pole magnetized product 4 in a fitting manner. The gaps between the poles are combined to form a ring-shaped bond magnet, which facilitates mounting on a rotor core (not shown). In the above description, the concave portions are formed at both ends of the N-pole magnetized product, and the convex portions are formed at both ends of the S-pole magnetized product 4. However, the present invention is not limited to this. In addition, since the magnetic field orientation during molding is in a fixed direction unlike the polar anisotropic type, the mold becomes easy.

According to the present invention, the bond magnet is formed in a split type, and the poles are combined in a snap-fitting manner, so that the core can be easily attached to the core. The problem described above does not occur, and an easy bond magnet can be formed with a mold structure.
