1の監視制御機器(機器1)11、第2の監視制御機器
(機器2)12、第3の監視制御機器(機器3)13は
それぞれ例えばコンピュータ、測定器等の電子機器をロ
ボット等により監視制御している機器であり、各監視制
御機器11〜13の監視制御情報はそれぞれ対応した通
信プロトコル(フォーマット)P1、P2、P3で例え
ばLAN等の通信装置14、15、16を用いて通信処
理装置17、18、19によりプロトコル変換装置20
に伝送される。このプロトコル変換装置20は各監視制
御機器11〜13にそれぞれ対応した通信プロトコルP
1、P2、P3の監視制御情報をそれぞれ対応した共通
プロトコル(フォーマット)P4に変換してデータ処理
装置21に出力する。このデータ処理装置21はプロト
コル変換装置20から入力された共通プロトコルP4に
従ってデータを処理してデータ表示装置22に出力す
る。このデータ表示装置22はデータ処理装置21から
入力されたデータを表示する。図2において、A、B、
C、D………はプロトコル(フォーマット)の項目であ
る。
