Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent room temperature in a prefabricated building such as an added room having a pitched roofing from rising during the summer by enhancing the heat insulation performance of a heat insulating roof, to avoid dew condensation on the surface of a rafter member during the winter, and to enhance indoor heat retainability by reducing the possibility that the temperature of the rafter member which becomes high during the summer and which becomes low during the winter is transmitted to the inside of the room. SOLUTION: A prefabricated building such as an added room has an inner ceiling 2 provided inside and parallel to a pitched rooting 1 via a ventilating space 3. At least either one of the pitched roofing 1 and the inner ceiling 2 has a heat insulating property. The pitched roofing 1 is supported by a rafter member 5 made of an extruded shape and an inner ceiling mounting member 6 made of en extruded shape is mounted on the lower surface of the rafter member 5 via heat insulating packing. The side edge 2a of the inner ceiling 2 is supported against the inner ceiling mounting member 6 (6A).

In the above embodiment, the extension room
(10) is a heat-insulating inner ceiling inside a sloping roofing material (1) lined with heat-insulating material (52) through a ventilation gap (3).
(2) is provided in parallel, and both the sloped roofing material (1) and the inner ceiling (2) have heat insulation properties. It suffices that at least one of (1) and the inner ceiling (2) has a heat insulating property.

As described above, in an assembled building such as an extension room according to the present invention, as described above, the inner ceiling is provided parallel to the inside of the sloped roof material via the ventilation gap, and the sloped roof material and the interior At least one of the ceilings has thermal insulation properties, and the inner ceiling is provided inside the inclined roofing material in parallel with the roof slope, so that the ceiling can be set high. Further, the air in the ventilation gap between the sloped roof material and the inner ceiling easily flows to the upper part. As a result, the insulation performance of the insulated roof of the prefabricated building such as an extension room is enhanced, and the rise in the room temperature in summer is prevented.
Regarding the dew condensation generated on the surface of the rafter member in winter, the occurrence of dew condensation can be sufficiently suppressed by flowing the air into the ventilation gap. In addition, heat insulation is improved by the heat insulating effect of the air layer in the gap.

Further, since the inner ceiling mounting member is mounted on the lower surface of each rafter member through a heat-insulating packing, it is difficult to transmit the temperature of the rafter member, which becomes high in summer and low in winter, to the room. Therefore, there is an effect that the heat retention in the room can be improved.
