Claims (5)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】上面開放形態に形成した容器を充填位置に
供給し、該容器内部に収納された袋体に対して充填物を
充填する充填包装装置であって、上記シート状に扁平さ
れた袋体を充填位置に供給する供給手段を設け、上記供
給手段により供給される袋体の口部を充填口と対応する
大きさに開口する開口手段を設け、上記開口手段により
開口された袋体の口部に充填口を挿入し、該充填口から
吐出される充填物を袋体内部に充填する充填手段を設
け、上記充填物が充填された袋体内部の余剰空気を脱気
する脱気手段を設け、上記脱気機構により脱気された袋
体の口部を閉塞する閉塞手段を設けた充填包装装置。
