Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sound insulating flooring which enhances adhesive properties between layers and with respect to an underfloor ground surface without decreasing its sound insulating property. SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric layer 30 serving as a shock absorber is laminated on the back of a wooden basic material 50, and a three-layered sheet 10 comprising a hot-melt resin layer 13, a thermoplastic resin layer 12, and a nonwoven fabric sheet 11 which are integrally laminated together in that order is laminated on at least the back of the nonwoven fabric layer 30 by thermal pressure bonding, with the hot-melt resin layer 13 facing the nonwoven fabric layer 30. Therefore, the infiltration of adhesives into the nonwoven fabric layer 30 serving as the shock absorber can be avoided and sound insulating performance is not decreased.

It is known that the use of a nonwoven fabric of a certain thickness (preferably about 3 to 6 mm) as the back cushioning material is advantageous because it has the advantage of high soundproofing for the small amount of sinking. However, in general, the adhesive used when attaching the soundproofing floor material to the floor base surface easily penetrates into the inside of the nonwoven fabric, and the adhesive permeated into the nonwoven fabric layer is hardened, so that the cushioning property and the soundproofing property are reduced. . For this purpose, a resin sheet is attached to the back surface of the nonwoven fabric, and the resin sheet is attached to the floor base surface via the resin sheet. This can prevent the adhesive from penetrating into the nonwoven fabric and also prevent water absorption and moisture absorption. However, on the other hand, there is a disadvantage that the adhesiveness to the floor substrate is insufficient.

Further, it is not always easy to attach a thick nonwoven fabric to the back surface of a wooden substrate, and it is apt to use an excessive amount of adhesive in order to ensure the adhesion. The adhesive may also penetrate into the non-woven fabric from the side to reduce the cushioning property and the soundproofing property.

According to this configuration, the non-woven sheet 11 laminated on the back surface of the thermoplastic resin layer 12 is in direct contact with the adhesive applied to the floor substrate, and the adhesive penetrates into the non-woven sheet 11. High adhesiveness between the soundproofing floor material and the floor base surface is ensured. On the other hand, since the applied adhesive is prevented from penetrating into the nonwoven fabric layer 30 functioning as a cushioning material by the thermoplastic resin film 12, it is possible to avoid a decrease in the cushioning property and the soundproofing property, and also to prevent moisture from flowing from the floor base surface. Absorption can also be avoided.

[0008] A small amount of adhesive is sufficient for bonding the nonwoven fabric layer 30 as a cushioning material and the thermoplastic resin layer 12, and even if a part of the adhesive enters the nonwoven fabric layer 30 as a cushioning material. There is no substantial decrease in cushioning and soundproofing. For bonding the nonwoven fabric layer 30 to the thermoplastic resin layer 12 and for bonding the nonwoven fabric sheet 11 to the thermoplastic resin layer 12, an appropriate adhesive may be used. Preferably, a hot melt resin is interposed as the adhesive layer. . This facilitates integration with a nonwoven fabric layer as a cushioning material in a single step by thermocompression bonding.

As shown in FIG. 2, a three-layer sheet 10 in which a hot-melt resin layer 13, a thermoplastic resin layer 12, and a nonwoven fabric sheet 11 are integrally laminated in this order in advance in a soundproof flooring material of another embodiment. Is used. The three-layer sheet 10 can be easily laminated by thermocompression bonding to the back surface of the nonwoven fabric layer 30 with the hot melt resin layer 13 side as the nonwoven fabric layer 30 side, and the production of a soundproof flooring material is extremely easy. . Also, even after pasting to the floor base surface, the buffering property and the soundproofing property do not decrease.

In a preferred embodiment, as also shown in FIG. 2, a nonwoven fabric sheet 11a is disposed between the wood substrate 50 and the nonwoven fabric layer 30. The adhesion between the wooden base material 50 and the nonwoven fabric layer 30 as a cushioning material is sufficient with a small amount of adhesive compared to the adhesion to the floor base, and the wooden base material 50 and the nonwoven fabric layer 30 as a cushioning material are directly bonded. Even if adhesive lamination with the agent does not substantially reduce the buffering property, soundproofing,
By disposing the nonwoven fabric sheet 11a between the two,
The penetration of the adhesive into the nonwoven fabric layer 30 as a cushioning material is largely avoided, and a decrease in cushioning and soundproofing properties can be reliably avoided.
The reason is that the adhesion between the nonwoven fabric layer 30 as a cushioning material and the nonwoven fabric sheet 11a is sufficient with a small amount of adhesive, and the penetration of the adhesive into the nonwoven fabric layer 30 can be neglected. This is because the nonwoven fabric sheet 11a prevents the adhesive between the base material 11a and the wood substrate 50 from penetrating to the nonwoven fabric layer 30.

More preferably, as shown in FIG. 2, a nonwoven fabric sheet 11 is interposed between the wooden base material 50 and the nonwoven fabric layer 30.
a and a two-layer sheet 20 in which a hot-melt resin layer 13a is integrally laminated in this order in advance (or a three-layer sheet 20 in which a nonwoven fabric sheet, a thermoplastic resin layer, and a hot-melt resin layer are laminated in advance in this order) Layer sheet), the hot melt resin layer 13a side is laminated with the nonwoven fabric layer 30 side, and integrated by thermocompression bonding. In this case, the production of the soundproofing floor material is facilitated, and particularly when a three-layer sheet is used,
The adhesive can more reliably be prevented from penetrating into the nonwoven fabric layer functioning as a cushioning material.

In the present invention, the thermoplastic resin layer 12 and the hot melt resin layers 13 and 13a may be formed in an arbitrary manner. It may be formed by pouring and applying and solidifying a molten state using an apparatus such as a coater. In the present invention, the kind of resin forming the thermoplastic resin layer 12 is not particularly limited, and resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, PET, and vinyl chloride can be used. However, in consideration of moisture resistance, workability, cost, etc., polyethylene resin is used. Is particularly preferred.

The nonwoven fabric constituting the nonwoven fabric layer 30 as a cushioning material is not particularly limited as long as it has a thickness of about 3 to 6 mm, but the weighing is about 100 to 300 g / m 2 ,
Those having a fiber thickness of 2 to 30 denier are preferred. More preferably, the two types of fibers having different thicknesses are
3: A non-woven fabric made by mixing at a ratio of about 1 fine fiber is preferable because it can have both the load resistance and soundproofing property of the thick fiber and the cutting property of the fine fiber. The material of the nonwoven fabric is also optional. As an adhesive between the fibers, for example, an acrylic resin is impregnated at about 10 to 30 g / m 2 . If the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric are heat-sealed at the time of molding, such an adhesive is unnecessary.

The non-woven fabric sheet 11a and the hot melt resin layer 13a are integrally laminated in this order in advance.
The method of producing the layer sheet 20 or the three-layer sheet 10 in which the nonwoven fabric sheet 11, the thermoplastic resin layer 12, and the hot melt resin layer 13 are integrally laminated in this order in advance is arbitrary, but as described above. In the case of a two-layer sheet, a method in which the hot melt resin flows out like a flow coater, and is applied by passing through a nonwoven sheet and cured, is preferable. Also,
Where the thermoplastic resin flows out like a flow coater, it is applied and cured by passing through a nonwoven sheet, and further, where the hot melt resin flows out like a flow coater, it passes through the sheet It is preferable to apply and cure them. According to this manufacturing method, since the bonding between the thermoplastic resin layer and the nonwoven fabric sheet is automatically performed, it is unnecessary to prepare an adhesive. By using the two-layer sheet 20 or the three-layer sheet 10 integrated in this way, the manufacturing process of the soundproof flooring material becomes extremely easy.

As shown in Table 1, the soundproof flooring material of the embodiment, that is, the soundproof flooring material in which the polyethylene resin film 12 which is the thermoplastic resin film is interposed on the back surface of the nonwoven fabric layer as the cushioning material, was used. The sound insulation was clearly improved as compared with the soundproof flooring material having no (Examples 1 and 2). It is understood that this is a result of preventing the adhesive applied to the floor base surface from penetrating into the nonwoven fabric layer 30 due to the presence of the polyethylene resin film 12.
