Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve insulation and sound shielding properties while making carriage and work easier by reducing the weight by providing an air discharging hole at a proper place of a panel sealed by adhering a surfacing material to both the surfaces of a core material in which many small cells are formed with honeycomb core or the like thereby making a vacuum state inside of the panel. SOLUTION: Many small cells are formed with a honeycomb core or the like, steel surfacing materials 2, 2 are adhered and sealed to both the surfaces of a core material 1 having a compressive strength capable of withstanding a pushing force acting to the surface thereby forming a panel. Both side ends and upper end are deflected thereby forming edges 3, 3, the edge 3a of the surface material 2a and the edge 3b of the surface material 2b at the opposite side are connected together without creating gap, tips of both ends 3a, 3b are mutually welded or adhered with seal. And an air vent hole 5 is made at one corner of the upper end surface 4 of the panel, a vacuum pump is connected and air is removed from the inside of the panel to keep a vacuum state inside the panel.

2. Description of the Related Art A panel having a structure in which a surface material is bonded to both sides of a filler and a panel in which a surface material is bonded to one side of a backing material are frequently used as partition panels. Such a panel is installed at a predetermined position to form a partition, and a large space can be partitioned into an appropriate size. By the way, the partition not only partitions a large space, but also requires heat insulation and sound insulation to improve the office environment.

[0003] The lower the density of the backing material or filler is, the better the panel is provided with heat insulating properties, and glass wool, urethane foam and the like are used as specific materials. However, glass wool has low flexural strength, and urethane foam is flammable, so its use is limited, and these materials cannot provide a sufficient heat insulating effect. On the other hand, it is better to make the backing material or the filler material heavy in order to provide the panel with sound insulation. However, if the panel is made heavy, there is a problem in construction and transportation.

The partition panel of the present invention is a panel in which a paper core or a honeycomb core is used as a filler (core material), and a surface material is bonded to both surfaces of the core material. Although the material of the surface material is not particularly limited, a steel plate is generally used, and a cloth may be attached to the surface material as necessary. The partition panel according to the present invention is in a vacuum state in which the inside is hermetically closed to release air in order to enhance heat insulation and sound insulation.

In a vacuum state, the transmission of sound and the transmission of heat are suppressed, and the panel can be excellent in sound insulation and heat insulation. There are three types of heat transfer: conduction, radiation, and convection.
By setting the inside of the panel to a vacuum state, heat transfer by conduction and convection is eliminated, and the heat insulation by the panel is greatly improved by being limited to radiation only. On the other hand, transmission of sound is suppressed in a vacuum state, and sound cannot be transmitted in a complete vacuum. However, since it is difficult to create a complete vacuum state, in the present invention, a panel is formed in a vacuum state as much as possible.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The partition panel of the present invention has a vacuum inside, and the inside is filled with a honeycomb core serving as a core material, and a surface material is adhered to both surfaces.
Therefore, a large number of small spaces (cells) partitioned by the honeycomb core are formed, and the air existing in this space is evacuated to a vacuum state. The surface materials adhered to both surfaces of the honeycomb core form edges at both ends and upper and lower ends, and are sealed so that no gap is left between both edges.

An air port is formed at an appropriate portion of the panel, and air is evacuated from the port to create a vacuum state, and when the vacuum is reached, the air port is closed to prevent air from entering. The panel will be installed in a vacuum state, but since air may enter and the vacuum state may be impaired, connect it to a pump so that the internal air can be removed while the panel is installed. There is also. That is,
Install an air hose in the floor rail or ceiling rail,
Can be connected to an air pump. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

1 is an embodiment showing a partition panel of the present invention, wherein (a) is a front view, (b) is a side view,
(C) shows a cross-sectional view, which is a rectangular plate state. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a honeycomb core serving as a core material, and reference numeral 2 denotes a surface material. Surface materials 2 and 2 made of steel are bonded to both surfaces of the honeycomb core 1. A cloth may be attached to the surface material 2. The honeycomb core 1 is partitioned to form a large number of small spaces (cells) and has a compressive strength that can withstand a pressing force acting on the surface.

An air vent 5 is provided at one corner of the upper end face 4 of the panel, and a pump (not shown) can be connected to extract air from the panel. Since the honeycomb core 1 is filled in the panel to form a small space (cell), a large air layer is formed. Therefore, by extracting air from the air vent 5, the air in the cell is eliminated, and the inside of the panel is brought into a vacuum state. Here, it is connected so that the air in all the cells may be extracted from the air vent 5. A plug is provided in the air vent 5, and when the air is removed to a predetermined pressure, the plug is closed to form a vacuum panel.

On the other hand, a cap 10 is attached to the ceiling,
The upper end of the panel is fitted to a top bar 11 provided inside the cap 10. An air vent 5 is provided at the upper end of the panel 9, and a pipe 12 is connected to the air vent 5 so that air inside the panel 9 can be extracted. That is,
When the degree of vacuum inside the panel 9 decreases, air can be extracted by a vacuum pump installed outside. Here, the shape of the panel is not particularly limited, and for example, a recess may be formed so that a stud can be fitted to a side end. As described above, the inside of the panel of the present invention is in a vacuum state, and the following effects can be obtained.

The panel of the present invention has a honeycomb core or the like as a core material and a surface material bonded to both surfaces thereof. The appearance is a normal panel, but air does not leak from the edge of the surface material. The inside is evacuated and the inside air is evacuated to make a vacuum state, so that the panel can be excellent in sound insulation and heat insulation. In addition, by connecting a pipe led from the pump to the air vent provided in the panel, when the degree of vacuum inside the panel is reduced, the pump can be operated to extract air, and after installation the sound insulation And it can become a partition which does not reduce heat insulation. Since the panel thus configured has the same basic configuration as the conventional panel, there is no significant difference in the manufacturing process and the equipment can also be used, so that the partition panel is inexpensive in cost.
