Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a roll film for a photograph which can be quickly and surely sealed in sanitary by eliminating the licking work of adhesive agent and which is formed so that a tape for sealing is not peeled in a camera or in a winding-in process. SOLUTION: The tapes for sealing 6a and 6b are folded in Z-shaped. The tapes 6a and 6b are constituted of a ribbon-like soft tape base material 11, adhesive layers 12a and 12b made to adhere by the pressure-sensitivity thereof, a peeling layer 13 coated with silicone and the like and a pseudo-adhesive layer 14 which is coated with the weak adhesive agent and which can be peeled again. The material 11 is formed of a paper, a thin resin tape and the like. The layers 12a and 12b are formed by coating the material 11 with the adhesive agent. When the tapes 6a and 6b are folded in Z-shaped, the layer 13 is formed at a part opposed to the layer 12b.

2. Description of the Related Art As a roll film for photography, about 6 c
There has been known a 120-type brownie film in which the base surface side of a strip-shaped photographic film having a width of m is covered with a strip-shaped light-shielding paper, wound around a spool in the form of a roll, and the leading end of the light-shielding paper is fixed with a paper tape. To use this photographic roll film, first, a spool of the same shape is set in the film winding chamber of the camera.

After setting the photographic roll film in the film loading chamber, peeling off the paper tape and inserting the leading end of the light-shielding paper into the slit of the spool in the film winding chamber,
A winding operation is performed to wind up a predetermined amount of light-shielding paper on the spool. When the arrow mark printed on the surface of the light-shielding paper matches the start mark of the camera, stop the winding operation and close the camera back cover. When the winding operation is further performed, a counter number "1" indicating that the first frame is set in the aperture is displayed on the film counter, the winding operation is stopped, and the preparation for photographing is completed.

[0004] As the photographing progresses, the exposed photographic film together with the light-shielding paper is wound on a spool in a film winding chamber. After all frames have been shot, if the winding operation is further performed, the rear end of the light-shielding paper will come off from the spool in the film loading chamber, and all of the photo film and the light-shielding paper will be wound on the spool in the film winding chamber. Taken. Thereafter, the back cover of the camera is opened, and the exposed photographic roll film is taken out of the film winding chamber while holding the light-shielding paper with a finger so as not to be loosened.

[0005] In this photographic roll film, a sealing tape is attached to the surface of the rear end portion of the light-shielding paper with one end portion of the tape being adhered. The inner surface of the other end of the sealing tape is coated with an adhesive that is activated by rewetting, so if the user licks and presses against the surface of the light-shielding paper or the sealing tape, the light-shielding paper does not loosen. The exposed photographic roll film is sealed as described above.

Frequent licking of the adhesive of the sealing tape sometimes made the user feel sick. Recently, the PL law (product liability law) has been enacted, and it has been suggested that an adhesive that is activated by licking is not hygienic. So, for example,
As described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-47944,
There has been proposed a method in which release paper is provided on a sealing tape and the release paper is peeled off and sealed when used.

However, in the photographic roll film described in the above publication, if the release paper is peeled off in the camera, there is a possibility that a trouble such as sticking of the sealing tape to the film pressure plate may occur. In addition, the release paper may be peeled off during the winding process during film production, which makes practical use difficult. For this reason, for example, Japanese Patent Application No. 8-26079
No. 2 proposes folding a sealing tape into a U-shape.

However, in the photographic roll film as described above, if the curvature of the film passage of the camera is high and narrow, the adhesive surface of the adhesive rear end of the sealing tape passes through the film passage of the camera. When it passed, it was sometimes peeled from the release layer.

The operation of the photographic roll film having the above configuration will be described. In the manufacturing process of the brownie film 1, the end 4 b of the light-shielding paper 4 to which the sealing tape 6 b is attached is inserted into the slit 2 c of the spool 2.
Then, the spool 2 is rotated to wind up the photo film 19 with the light-shielding paper, and the end 4a is fixed so as not to be loosened by the sealing tape 6a attached to the end 4a of the light-shielding paper 4.

At this time, the sealing tape 6b adhered to the end 4b of the light-shielding paper 4 wound around the innermost periphery of the spool 2.
1A, as shown in FIG. 1A, is bonded to the upper tape base material 11 by a removable pseudo-adhesive layer 14 in a state of being folded into a Z-shape so as to maintain the Z-shape. Therefore, even if the end portion 4b is bent when wound around the spool 2, the release layer 13 and the adhesive layer 12b are separated, and the end portion of the sealing tape 6b is attached to the back surface of the first light shielding paper 4. There is no sticking.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, when the end 4b of the light-shielding paper 4 is inserted into the slit 2c of the spool 2, most of the sealing tape 6b is positioned within the slit 2c of the spool 2. This also prevents the end of the sealing tape 6b from peeling off and sticking to the back surface of the first light-shielding paper 4.

After the brownie film 1 has been loaded into the camera and all the photographing operations have been completed, if the operation of winding up the camera is continued, all the photo filmstrips 19 with light-shielding paper are wound around the take-up spool. Then, the adhesive layer 12a of the sealing tape 6b is peeled off from the peeling layer 13 (see FIG. 1B), and the outermost periphery of the light-shielding paper 4 is sealed.
Then, the photo film with light-shielding paper 19 is fixed so as not to be loosened.

As described above, according to the present invention, a strip-shaped photo film, light-shielding paper provided at least at both ends of the photo film, and a slit into which the end of the light-shielding paper is inserted are provided. In a photographic roll film comprising a spool around which the light-shielding paper and the photo film are wound with the light-shielding paper surface facing outward, and a sealing tape attached to an end of the light-shielding paper, the rear end of the light-shielding paper An adhesive layer and a release layer are applied adjacent to each other, and a re-peelable pseudo-adhesive layer is provided on the opposite surface which is folded and overlapped in a Z-shape or S-shape at the boundary between the two layers, and a tab is provided. After the photo film is wound up to the rear end and the rear end of the light-shielding paper is made sealable with the adhesive layer, the operation of licking the adhesive is eliminated, and sanitary quick and reliable operation is achieved. Can be sealed, Sealing tape in camera within or entrainment process becomes possible to provide a photographic roll film which did not peel off.
