The double glass holding member 7 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a long groove made of a synthetic resin and having a substantially “U” -shaped cross-sectional shape, and a concave groove 8 that can receive the peripheral edge of the multilayer glass body 6 is provided. A rigid member body 6 provided and formed so as to be freely fitted into the sash 1
and a pair of soft holding members interposed between the member main body 6a and the front and back surfaces of the multilayer glass main body 6 in a state where the multilayer glass main body 6 is received in the concave groove portion 8 so as to be elastically deformable. And a unit (corresponding to a holding unit) 6b. The member main body 6a is made of hard vinyl chloride (or may be made of sheet metal), and a bottom portion 9 corresponding to the bottom of the concave groove portion 8 is formed to be narrow according to the width dimension of the double-glazed glass body 6, A wide portion 10 wider than the bottom 9 is provided on the groove opening side of the bottom 9. The elastic restoring force of the member main body 6 a allows the double glass body 6 to be formed.
Is formed so that it can be clamped through the soft holding portion 6b. In addition, the double glass body 6
The bottom portion 9 is fitted to the peripheral edge of the glass body, whereby the mutual posture is stabilized, and the mounting state of the multilayer glass holding member 7 to the multilayer glass body 6 can be further stabilized.
Further, a plurality of drain holes 11 for allowing water that has entered from between the multilayer glass holding member 7 and the multilayer glass main body 6 to escape therefrom are provided in the bottom 9 at intervals in the longitudinal direction.
It is preferable that a material having a low coefficient of thermal expansion be selected for the member body 6a. In the soft holding portion 6b, the main material is a vinyl chloride polymer or a thermoplastic elastomer, a flame retardant is added as an auxiliary material, and the plasticizer and the filler also have flame retardancy. Shore A hardness is 5 from the viewpoint of the mounting workability and securing the holding force after mounting.
It is set in the range of 0 to 90. A particularly preferred range is
Shore A hardness is about 60 to 80 degrees. Therefore, the soft holding part 6b as a whole has flame retardancy. In particular,
The ignition time in a heating environment at 500 ° C. has characteristics of about 100 seconds or more (preferably 120 seconds or more).
Further, the temperature-time area under the environment (the temperature-time area where the exothermic temperature curve of the specimen exceeds 700 ° C.) is set to 50 ° C. · min or less. Then, a pair of holding pieces 12 for holding the double-glazed glass body 6 received in the groove 8 by elastic deformation force are protruded from both edges (wide portion 10) of the member body 6a to the inside of the groove 8 respectively. It is provided. In addition, the distance between the distal ends of the sandwiching pieces 12 is set to be smaller than the thickness of the multilayer glass body 6. This dimension setting is performed when the double-glazed glass body 6 enters the concave groove 8 as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the pair of holding pieces 12 are elastically inclined to the bottom 9 side by the double-glazed glass body 6 so as to be able to strongly resist when a pull-out force acts while maintaining a close contact with each other. Means for Further, in order to positively allow such a pair of sandwiching pieces 12 to elastically deform, a deformation permissible space 13 is formed in a side portion of the wide portion 10 of the member main body 6a. Therefore, the multilayer glass holding member 7 can be easily mounted on the multilayer glass main body 6 and can be easily mounted. The soft holding part 6b and the member main body 6a
Is strongly joined over the entire length in the longitudinal direction so that it is difficult to peel off even when an external force repeatedly acts between them.

Further, the inner edges of the soft holding portions 6b have
A pair of seal pieces 14 are separately provided for improving the sealing performance between the front and back surfaces of the double-glazed glass body 6. On the other hand, the sash 1 is attached to the outer edges of the soft holding portions 6b.
A pair of elastic extension locking portions 15 that can be locked to both edges of the fitting groove 3 are separately provided. The elastic extension locking portion 15 inclines the facing portion 15a facing both edges of the fitting groove 3 so that the distal end in the projecting direction is closer to the sash 1 than the base end in the projecting direction. The sash 1 is formed so as to be easily used. According to the elastic extension locking portion 15, even if there is a difference in the degree of entry of the multilayer glass holding member into the fitting groove 3, the difference is absorbed within the elastic range as shown in FIGS. In addition, it is easy to prevent a gap from being formed between the facing portion 15a and the sash 1. Therefore, even when the multi-layer glass body 6 and the sash 1 have a dimensional tolerance along the surface direction of the multi-layer glass body 6, the sash 1 and the multi-layer glass H are fitted to each other, and the aesthetics in the mounted state of the two. , And infiltration of rainwater into the sash 1 can be suppressed.

Incidentally, the double glass holding member 7 is a single long body before being mounted on the double glass body 6, and one of the mounting methods to the double glass body 6 is as follows. The multilayer glass holding member 7 is cut into a predetermined size corresponding to the length dimension of each side of the multilayer glass main body 6 and an edge portion thereof has a cut angle of 45 degrees.
(See FIG. 5) by fitting into the periphery of the multilayer glass body 6 through the opening of the concave groove 8 and abutting the edges of the holding members 7 together. The holding members need not be bonded to each other, but may be bonded using an adhesive or a solvent.

<1> The plate glass body is not limited to the structure having the two sheets of glass 5A, 5B described in the above embodiment. For example, the sheet glass body may include one sheet, or three or more sheets of plate glass. May be configured. Further, all or a part of the sheet glass is made of, for example, netted glass or heat-resistant sheet glass, and they further absorb heat rays, absorb ultraviolet rays, or reflect heat rays (including heat shielding).
And the like. These are collectively referred to as the sheet glass body. <2> The glass sheet holding member 7 is not limited to the shape described in the previous embodiment, and for example,
As shown in FIGS. 7, 8 and 9, if the cushion portion 17 made of an elastic member is provided on the bottom portion 9, it becomes difficult for the impact to be transmitted to the edge of the glass sheet body 6, and damage during the transportation of the glass sheet body H can be prevented. It becomes possible to reduce. Further, a cylindrical portion 18 including the soft holding portion 6b, the elastic extension locking portion 15, and the seal piece portion 14 may be provided (FIG. 10).
11 ・ 12). <3> For example, FIG.
As shown in 3.14, if a plurality of drainage portions 19 are provided in the side wall portion and / or the soft holding portion or both at intervals in the longitudinal direction, the water that has entered along with the drainage hole 11 Can be easily eliminated, and deterioration of the sealing portion of the glass sheet body 6 can be prevented. In addition, by providing the drainage section 19 and draining water more effectively, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of mold, ticks, and the like. <4> The frame is not limited to the aluminum one described above, but may be, for example, iron, stainless steel, wood, or synthetic resin. <5> The attachment of the sheet glass body holding member 7 to the sheet glass body main body 6 is not limited to the one described in the above embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. A cut is made in the transverse direction at the bottom of a predetermined position corresponding to the length dimension of each side of the sheet glass body 6, and the sheet glass body 6 is fitted to the peripheral edge of the sheet glass body 6 while being bent while being bent. Can also. <6> The flat glass body holding member is not limited to the configuration in which the main raw material of the soft holding portion (6b) described in the above embodiment is a vinyl chloride polymer or a thermoplastic elastomer, and other synthetic materials are used. It is also possible to use resin as a main raw material. And the plasticizer of the auxiliary material and the filler are not limited to those having flame retardancy, either one has flame retardancy or the main material itself has flame retardancy. If it does, the plasticizer / filler does not necessarily have to have flame retardancy. Further, the member main body preferably has flame retardancy, but is not necessarily limited thereto. Further, the plate glass body holding member is not limited to the soft holding portion and the hard member main body described in the above embodiment, and for example, both the holding portion and the member main body may be formed of a soft member. You may. In short, it is only necessary that the elastically deformable holding portion is formed of a flame-retardant material. <7> Further, the member main body and the soft holding portion are not limited to those integrally formed as described in the above embodiment,
For example, as shown in FIG. 16, the member main body 6a itself is formed in a clip shape, and the sheet holding member is configured to be integrated by attaching the soft holding portion 6b in a state of being sandwiched by the member main body 6a. Is also possible. In this case, the member main body 6a does not necessarily need to be provided over the entire circumference of the sheet glass body main body 6. Further, as another embodiment with the member main body and the soft holding portion, for example, as shown in FIG. 17, the member main body 6a is attached to a sheet glass supporting frame 1 designed for fitting a thin sheet glass body.
The soft holding portion 6b may be formed of a bead disposed between the member main body 6a and the sheet glass body main body 6. However, according to this embodiment, it is preferable that a bead similar to the soft holding portion is disposed between the adapter and the frame 1 for supporting a glass sheet. <8> In addition to the case where the frame 1 for supporting a glass sheet is installed in a fixed opening (for example, a fixed window) as shown in FIG. In the case of this embodiment, a sheet glass body holding member 30 of another shape may be interposed between the sheet glass body supporting frame 1 and the member body 6a to support the sheet glass body. Incidentally, the sheet glass body holding member 3
0 is also provided with a hard member main body 30a and a soft holding portion 30b, and both are formed of a flame-retardant material. <9> As shown in FIGS. 19 and 20, the plate glass body holding member is provided with the member main body 6a or the holding portion 6b,
Alternatively, the member main body 6a and the holding portion 6b may be provided with an identification means P for enabling identification from a conventional product.
Incidentally, as an example of the identification means P, as shown in FIG. 19, a stripe-shaped uneven pattern P1 formed along the longitudinal direction is formed on the upper surface of the holding portion 6b, or as shown in FIG. Alternatively, a configuration may be adopted in which a display unit using the uneven characters P2 is provided on the lower surface of the member main body 6b. These identification means can be formed by embossing or the like at the time of extrusion molding of the sheet glass body holding member, and can also be formed by heating embossing on the formed sheet glass body holding member. Further, a separate member comprising the identification means P may be formed by bonding to the glass sheet holding member. In addition to the uneven pattern, the identification means P may be, for example, yellow or red (other colors may be used, in other words, colors other than white, black, gray, and brown, which are the colors of conventional products), for the raw material for extrusion molding. A pigment may be added to make the member color different from the conventional product. Moreover, even if the member color remains the same, a color pattern is formed by color printing on the surface of the sheet glass body holding member. It may be something. At this time, the pattern can be set freely, such as a plain pattern, a striped pattern, a lattice pattern, a character pattern, and a geometric pattern. Then, the identification means may be configured by combining these color patterns and the various concave / convex patterns / characters.
