項1記載の発明は、便器の後部上面に取付けられる下ケ

ねじに外部アース線を接続するようにした温水洗浄装置
のアース金具の取り付け構造において、アース金具は、
下ケース内に突設された取付けボスにねじ止めされると
共にアース線が接続される水平端子片と、アースねじが
取付けられる垂直端子片とで構成され、下ケースの側壁
には上方に開口し、アースねじが嵌挿自在となったU字
溝が形成され、上記アース金具の水平端子片を側壁の上
面に載置し且つアース金具の垂直端子片に取付けたアー
スねじをU字溝内に嵌挿して垂直端子片を側壁の外面に
当接させた状態で、水平端子片のねじ部が下ケースの取
付けボスに位置決めされるように構成されているから、
アース金具に取付けられたアースねじをU字溝内に嵌挿
させながら、アース金具の水平端子片を側壁の上面に載
置し且つ垂直端子片を側壁の外面bに当接させるだけ
で、水平端子片のねじ部と下ケースの取付けボスとが位
置決めされる。しかも、U字溝がアースねじのガイドと
なるので、アース金具を下ケース9の正規の位置にスム
ーズに配置できると共に、配置後にはアース金具は側壁
の上面と外面とU字溝とによって支持され且つその動き
が規制されるので、アース金具が動き難くなり、アース
金具のねじ止め作業がきわめて容易となる。さらに、ア
ース金具はねじ部以外の箇所では上記下ケースの複数箇
所で支持されるので、下ケースにねじ止めされたアース
金具に外力が加わった場合に、外力を受ける箇所が多く
なり、取付けボスの折損などを防止でき、アース金具の
取付け強度を向上させることができる。さらに、下ケー
スを利用してアース金具を支持し且つその動きを規制で
きる構造となっているので、下ケースに位置決め用リブ
や支持用リブ等を別に設けたりする必要もなく、下ケー
スの構造の簡素化を図ることができる。

納され、電気部品のアース線を下ケースにねじ止めされ
たアース金具に接続し、アース金具に取付けられたアー
スねじに外部アース線を接続するようにした温水洗浄装
置のアース金具の取り付け構造において、アース金具
は、下ケース内に突設された取付けボスにねじ止めされ
ると共にアース線が接続される水平端子片と、アースね
じが取付けられる垂直端子片とで構成され、下ケースの
側壁には上方に開口し、アースねじが嵌挿自在となった
U字溝が形成され、上記アース金具の水平端子片を側壁
の上面に載置し且つアース金具の垂直端子片に取付けた
アースねじをU字溝内に嵌挿して垂直端子片を側壁の外
面に当接させた状態で、水平端子片のねじ部が下ケース
の取付けボスに位置決めされるように構成されているこ
とを特徴とする温水洗浄装置のアース金具の取り付け構
造。
