Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of trouble such that a temple is tightened on loosened by opening plural holes near the outer side face of the lens of spectacles, fixing a ring screw through the hole of the lens to the lens, bending the temple and passing its one end through the hole of the ring screw. SOLUTION: Plural holes sized for passing a ring screw 1 are opened on a lens 6. Then, a plastic washer 2 is inserted into the ring screw 1 and passed from the inside of the lens 6 to the outside as it is. The plastic washer 2 is passed outside the lens 6 and next, a metal flat washer 3 is passed, fastened by a nut 4 and fixed. Finally, the round rod of titanium or piano wire is bent twice horizontally at 90 deg. and vertically at 90 deg. at the ring section of the ring screw 1 inside the lens and inserted into the ring screw 1 as a temple 5 later. Namely, since the temple has no metal joint section, not only any unusable state caused by detachment or dropping does not occur but also the frame can be made light in weight.

This has the following disadvantages. (A) To keep the connection between the lens and the temple, wisdom (FIG. 11) is required. (B) A place where a screw passes through this wisdom (car, Figs. 11 and 12)
is necessary. (C) Without this knowledge, the temple cannot be attached. (D) The screws included in this knowledge may be loosened or removed. In addition, there was a disadvantage that the movement was sometimes hard and the movement became dull. (E) When the hardened temple is forcibly bent or moved, the lens has a drawback that a force is applied and the lens is broken. The present invention removes these drawbacks,
It has a structure with the car and screws removed.

A plurality of holes are formed in the lens so that a ring screw can pass therethrough (FIG. 3). Then, as shown in FIG. 2, a plastic washer (2) is inserted into the ring screw (1) and passed from the inside to the outside of the lens as it is (FIG. 2). A plastic washer (2) is passed through the outside of the lens, and then a metal flat washer (3) is passed through and the nut is fastened and fixed with a nut (4). Finally, after bending a round bar or piano wire of titanium 90 degrees horizontally and further 90 degrees vertically on the ring part of the ring screw inside the lens,
Insert it into the ring screw as a temple (5). The present invention is a temple-free frame of temples for eyeglasses having the above configuration.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. (B) Drill two holes in the upper part of the ear side of the lens (Fig. 3). (B) Insert a plastic washer (2) through the ring screw (1) into this hole from Fig. 2 and insert it from the inside of the lens (when wearing glasses, the one closer to the eye) to the outside,
Insert a plastic washer (2) also on the outside (Fig. 2). (C) Next, a metal flat washer (3) is inserted from the end of the ring screw and fixed with a nut (4) (see FIGS. 4 and 5). (D) The temple (5) is completed simply by inserting the temple (5) into the ring portion of the ring screw protruding inside the lens (FIG. 1). (E) Adjusting the length of the ring screw by the thickness of the lens remains unchanged. (F) From the viewpoint of design or stability, it is best to provide two holes in the lens and stop with two ring screws. The present invention has the above-mentioned structure. When this is used, since the temple rotates lightly (FIG. 8), the load on the lens hole is small. Therefore, it is not easily broken. As can be seen from the conventional frame formats (FIGS. 9, 10, 11, and 12), a large number of parts were required until one pair of glasses was formed, which was heavy. Also, if the metal joint is removed or detached due to some inconvenience, it will not be used as glasses. However, in the present invention, since the temple does not have a metal bonding portion, not only does not occur an unusable situation due to being detached or detached, but also it has become possible to make the temple lightly. In addition, it became possible to use it with confidence.

According to the present invention, since the temple screw is not used,
There is no trouble that the temple becomes hard or loose. Also, the temple set screw came off,
There is no situation where you cannot wear glasses.
