【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 塗装合成樹脂成形品の耐引掻き性評価用
の引掻き試験機であって、 被試験体を保持する試験台と、尖端部を有する引掻き子
を被試験体上で前記尖端部を接触可能に保持する保持部
を有する荷重腕とを備え、 該荷重腕と前記試験台とが、前記荷重腕の軸方向で相対
移動可能に、前記荷重腕と前記試験台との少なくとも一
方が往復移動手段と連結されており、前記荷重腕は前記
試験台に対して鉛直方向に相対移動可能に配設されてい
ることを特徴とする塗装合成樹脂成形品用の引掻き試験
機。
1. A scratch tester for evaluating the scratch resistance of a coated synthetic resin molded article, comprising: a test table for holding a test object; A load arm having a holding portion that holds the contact arm so that the load arm and the test table can move relative to each other in the axial direction of the load arm, and at least one of the load arm and the test table reciprocates. A scratch tester for a painted synthetic resin molded product, wherein the load arm is connected to a moving means, and is disposed so as to be relatively movable in a vertical direction with respect to the test table.

引掻き性評価を行う方法であって、前記引掻き子と被試
験体との接触面の形状を、前記荷重腕の軸方向に長軸を
有する扁平形状となるように該引掻き子の尖端形状を設
定したことを特徴とする塗装合成樹脂成形品の引掻き試
験方法。
2.
