However, with the above-described coating method, it was not possible to apply the paint uniformly on the glass surface without engaging in painting work and gaining many years of experience. Also, even when the coating was applied uniformly, considerable coating unevenness was observed when measured down to the micron unit. In addition, there is a drawback in that the coating material adheres to floors, walls, and the like for painting, so that many materials for curing are used. An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a method for easily performing high-quality coating on a smooth surface.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the bottle is pressed and depressed by hand, and the liquid is gradually discharged from the nozzle 1d. The bottle is moved from one end (left) of the direction to the other end (right). The coating liquid flows down by gravity while partly adhering to the glass surface, and forms a uniform film. The excess liquid that has been applied and has flowed down into the liquid pool 4a of the curing sheet is immediately sucked by the recovery bottle 2, and the recovered liquid is filtered. After painting, dry carefully for about 20 minutes without blowing. At this time, care should be taken so that the insects and the curing sheet do not adhere to the painted surface. After natural drying, the masking sheet 3 and the curing sheet 4 and 5 are carefully removed so as not to adhere to the application surface. Estimated time for natural drying is about 2 in summer
It takes about 0 minutes and about 40 minutes in winter.

As described above, in the coating method of the present invention, a coating method completely different from the conventional coating method has been developed, for example, by applying a bottle for flowing, for example, a UV cut liquid directly to a glass surface. By applying pressure to the soft vinyl bottle by hand, the UV cut solution contained inside is continuously discharged in an appropriate amount to the upper corner of the glass surface through a thin nozzle, and allowed to flow down by gravity, thereby forming a film of the UV cut solution. Is to be generated.

By applying the masking tape of about 3 microns according to the above-mentioned embodiment, the UV cut liquid can be uniformly coated with a thickness of about 3 microns on a glass surface or the like. Very good coating was achieved with the liquid. As described above, by applying the UV cut coating, 99.8% of ultraviolet rays harmful to the human body can be cut off, and heat source energy of 2 to 4 ° C. can be saved (energy saving effect) for heating and cooling. In addition, various effects are exhibited, for example, it is possible to prevent the product and the interior of the room from being discolored by being irradiated with ultraviolet rays.

The film thickness is suitably in the range of 4 to 7 microns.
The thickness of the masking tape 3 is changed accordingly. The masking tape also has a function of covering the peripheral surface of the glass surface to which the caulk is attached. The ratio between the UV cut solution and the accelerator is based on 3%, but there is no problem in operation if it is in the range of 2 to 6%. As another example of the UV-cutting liquid, a trade name Ray Block (manufacturer address; 29 29, Iwaji, Fuyo-cho, Naruto-shi, Naruto-city, Tokushima Prefecture, name: Koei Ray Block, chemical name: methyl methacrylate) is used. The present invention can be applied to an inner surface of a glass surface inclined with respect to a vertical plane, such as a windshield of an automobile. The invention also applies to painting other than UV-cut painting and painting other smooth surfaces than glass surfaces, for example plastic surfaces.

According to the present invention, a glass surface or the like can be easily
A uniform coating film (high quality) can be applied, and especially when a masking tape is used, the coating can be reliably applied with a uniform thickness. Then, it was possible to paint with the minimum necessary coating liquid. In addition, since anyone can engage in the painting work with a short training, the training period is shortened and the painting accuracy is dramatically improved. At the same time, the transparency of the painted glass surface could be increased. All the coating liquid that has flowed to the bottom can be collected and reused, so there is an effective use of resources and a very small amount of curing materials compared to conventional coating methods, which has the effect of reducing industrial waste generated after the completion of construction. .
