2. Description of the Related Art In recent surf fishing, it has become difficult to fish due to an improvement in the learning ability of the fish. Under such circumstances, the selection of the float is very important to improve the fishing results. Above all,
It is important to reduce the residual buoyancy of the floats so that the fish does not feel uncomfortable. This means that a float having the same weight as the device is used instead of a float having zero buoyancy. The angler goes to a fishing spot and makes a gimmick by judging the state of the sea, the water temperature, and the like. Finally, the float that matches this device is selected. However, the gimmicks are changing rapidly in response to the amount of bait stealing and other ever-changing sea conditions. Therefore, the float has to be replaced in parallel.

However, it is troublesome for even a used angler to change the float by cutting the line.
I didn't want to. Anyone wants to exchange for the float that was in the situation, but besides trouble, there is a problem of time loss when cutting the line (road thread) and connecting the line again,
In addition, the strength of the binding portion was worrisome and tended to be neglected.

The float comprises a connector 1, a float body 2 and a weight 3
(FIG. 2). The connector 1 is formed by fixing a metal ring 17 through which a thread 7 can be inserted into a synthetic resin bolt head 12 (FIG. 5). A cylindrical concave portion 121 is formed in the head portion 12 having a larger diameter than the shaft portion at the base end portion of the shaft portion 11 in which the male screw portion 111 is formed so that the ring body 17 can be easily attached. In the present embodiment, the ring 17 is made of sulkan. A sulcan S having an outer diameter substantially equal to the inner diameter of the concave portion is prepared. After removing or crushing one of the rings 18 that can freely rotate on both sides of the cylinder 16, the cylinder 16 is inserted into the recess 121 so that the remaining ring 17 comes out of the head 12. After being inserted, the cylinder 16 is fixed to the bolt head 12 using an adhesive or the like. Thus,
The ring body 17 is rotatably attached to the shaft member.

The float body 2 is a float body with a ring, and is an upper cup 2 serving as a resin molded product (for example, an ABS resin molded product).
a and the lower cup 2b are integrated (FIG. 2). The upper cup 2a and the lower cup 2b are each composed of a hemispherical bowl, and the joints thereof are joined together by ultrasonic welding or the like to finish the floating body 2 having a hollow portion. A bottomed cylindrical portion 21 is provided on the upper cup 2a, and a pillar portion 22 is provided on the lower cup 2b at the center of the bowl. As shown in the figure, the circular lower edge joining portion of the upper cup 2a is slightly smaller than that of the lower cup 2b to achieve the fitting integration.

As described above, the upper cup 2a is formed with the bottomed cylindrical portion 21 extending from the bowl top toward the center inside of the float main body 2, and the female screw portion 211 screwed to the connector 1 is formed on the inner periphery of the cylindrical portion.
Is provided. Here, the tip screw diameter C 1 of the female screw portion 211 is smaller than the screw diameter d of the male screw portion 111,
When the connector 1 is screwed into the float main body 2, the male screw tip 1
11a reaches the small diameter portion 211a of the female screw portion 211 (FIG. 4). This is because the synthetic resin is richer in elasticity than metal, and it is possible to screw and hold the distal end 111a of the male screw portion into the small-diameter portion 211a of the female screw portion by retightening by hand force. The female screw is cut into the cylindrical hole so that the biting portion 81 of the tap 8 bears the small diameter portion 211a of the female screw portion 211 (FIG. 3). Tap diameter D corresponds externally threaded portion diameter d, the major diameter C of the internal thread portion, tap diameter D 1 is smaller in diameter than the tap diameter D, to form a small diameter portion 211a of the internal thread diameter. When the tap 8 is set, the small diameter portion 211a of the female screw portion 211 is formed so as not to cut deeply. In addition, the small-diameter portion 211a forms a shallow female screw with the first tap or the second tap, and when the screw is cut with the finishing tap, the small-diameter portion 2a of the female screw portion 211 is formed.
It may be possible not to cut to 11a. In a new case, even when the connector 1 is screwed into the float main body 2 by retightening by hand force, it is preferable to set the male screw margin α that can be retightened a little outside the float main body 2 ( (Fig. 2). This is because the degree of fastening can be checked, and the fastening can be maintained even when the screw portion is reduced by wear. Reference numeral 212 denotes a projection that protrudes from the bottom of the bottomed cylindrical portion. The protrusion 212 is a cylindrical piece having a diameter equal to the bottomed cylindrical portion.

On the other hand, the lower cup 2b is formed with a column 22 extending inward from the bowl bottom toward the center of the float body 2 during the molding step.
As in the present embodiment, when the ring body 17 is to be the floating body 2 with an upper ring attached to the upper side in use, the weight 3 for weight adjustment is to be attached to the column portion 22. Pillar 2
After a predetermined ring-shaped weight 3 made of metal, ceramic, or the like is inserted into 2, the head is thermally deformed with a trowel or the like and crushed to integrate the weight 3 with the lower cup 2 b. The weight 3 may be adhered and fixed to the lower cup 2b with an adhesive. However, by crushing the head so that the weight 3 does not come out, the thermal caulking portion 221a serves as a stopper, and the lower cup 2b and the weight 3 Integration is ensured.

The above-mentioned float body 2 is prepared as required with different shapes, sizes and colors of the float body 2 while keeping the size of the female screw portion 211 the same. Further, even if the shape and size of the float body are the same, the float body 2 having different buoyancy can be appropriately prepared by changing the weight of the weight 3.

The float described above is a float with an upper ring. Alternatively, the weight 3 fixed to the lower cup 2b may be replaced with an upper cup 2a in which a female screw portion 211 is formed.
And the floating body 2 with the lower ring can be fixed. FIG. 6 shows a conventional float having a lower ring. After the ring-shaped weight 3 is inserted into the bottomed cylindrical portion 21, the protrusion 212 is thermally deformed with a trowel or the like and crushed, and the weight 3 is moved to the upper cup. 2a. The swaged portion 212a in which the protrusion 212 is crushed serves as a stopper, and the weight 3 and the upper cup 2a are integrated. The float main body 2 with the lower ring is also provided with different shapes, sizes, buoyancy, and colors of the float main body as appropriate while keeping the size of the female screw portion 211 the same.

The float constructed as described above is inserted into the ring 17 of the connector 1 by passing the thread 7 into the male thread 111 of the connector 1 by screwing the female thread 211 of the float body 2 into the connector 1. Can be integrated, so that a desired float body can be mounted without cutting the thread 7. In the conventional method, the knot yarn 7 is cut and tied. Then, the mechanism is changed according to the ever-changing sea situation. However, since the connector 1 and the float main body 2 are screw-connected, anyone can easily replace the float according to the mechanism. It can quickly deal with the color of the float or the size of the float depending on the near-field or far-field case. In addition, the male screw part 111 and the female screw part 211 are made of resin,
When the connector 1 is screwed to the float main body 2 by making the tip screw diameter C 1 of the first screw thread smaller than the thread diameter d of the male screw part 111, the male screw tip 111 a becomes the small diameter part 211 a of the female screw part 211.
, The connector 1 and the float main body 2 can be strongly fastened by retightening. No need for washers, washers, O-rings, etc. to prevent screw loosening.

Further, the upper and lower cups 2a and 2b constituting the float main body 2 are provided with a bottomed cylindrical portion 21 and a column portion 22 and have a weight 3
Can be fixed to either the upper cup 2a or the lower cup 2b, so that one float body can be used to make either a float with an upper ring or a float with a lower ring. Female thread part 21
Since 1 is the same, if there is one connector 1, it is possible to exchange the float with the upper ring and the float with the lower ring. It becomes an upper ring or lower ring double use float. Fig. 1
When the fishing rod 9 is pulled like this (white arrow), the top of the float floating on the sea surface L is directed toward the angler (black arrow), which makes it easy to see and is convenient. Of course, from this state, it is possible to easily change to a conventional type lower ring float without cutting the yarn 7. Also, since the weight 3 is fixed to the upper cup 2a (or the lower cup 2b) by heat caulking,
Excellent integration, compared to conventional adhesives, etc., which were vulnerable to impact.
Withstand long-term use.

And the head 52 vertically (FIG. 8). The head 52 serves as a mounting knob when the float main body 6 is inserted into and integrated with the connector 5. As shown in FIG. 7, the head 52 has cut surfaces 521 at two opposing positions. Since the cut surface 521 is provided, it is easy to hold the float 521 and insert and integrate the float main body 6 into the connector 5. In the present embodiment, the male screw portion 511 is formed in about half of the shaft portion 51 on the head side. The connector 5 is screwed and fixed to the upper side of the float by screwing the male thread 511 into the female thread 63 provided on the upper part of the float main body 6. The connector 5 is used by being attached to the fishing rod side of the float body. By the way, float M

If the connector 5 is passed through the warp thread 7, the floater thus constructed can be replaced with a float body suitable for the situation without cutting the warp thread 7. Since the connector 5 and the float main body 6 are screw-connected, their replacement is very simple. As shown in FIG. 11, even if the shape is the same, the size can be reduced (a), and the size can be increased in a case where a long projection is desired (b). Furthermore, the shape can be changed according to the conditions of the fishing ground (c), and the weight 3 can be easily replaced with an oblique float mounted eccentrically on the float main body 6 (d).
Then, the problem of loosening, which is a screw connection, is also solved by retightening the male screw portion 511 of the connector 5 to the small diameter portion 63a of the female screw portion 63. On the other hand, the road thread 7 is often bent due to winding or the like, and this is caught or stopped by the through hole 53 in the conventional through float, which has been cited as a problem of the through float. The through float of the present invention also solves such a problem. When the float is thrown with the connector 5 at the top, the thread 7 falls down without difficulty using the split groove 64 due to the device and the weight of the needle (FIG. 10). Further, the shaft portion 51 (through hole 53) is shortened, and the enlarged diameter portion 6 is formed.
By the formation of the thread 5, the cause of the thread 7 being caught or stopped can be more reliably removed, and the conventional problems of the through float can be solved at once. Descriptions of other configurations, operations, and effects similar to those of the first embodiment are omitted. The same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment denote the same or corresponding parts.

In the present invention, the present invention is not limited to those shown in the above embodiments, but can be variously changed within the scope of the present invention depending on the purpose and application. The shape, size, material, etc. of the connector, the float body, and the weight can be appropriately selected according to the application. The egg float includes all those having a bulging portion such as an egg float.
