Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity-adjusting device that can select and execute humidification, dehumidification, and ventilation without supplying water required for the humidification or treating water being generated on dehumidification. SOLUTION: Outdoor air A being taken in by a first suction-type flower 10 passes through a dry function part 2 of rotary-type humidity-adjusting element 1 for drying, and the dried air B is discharged to the side of the outdoor R1. On the other hand, indoor air C being taken in by a second suction blower 20 passes through a heat collection function part 4 of the rotary humidity adjusting element 1 for absorbing the heat of the rotary humidity adjusting element 1 for collecting heat, the heat collection fir D is heated by an electric heater, and the heated high-temperature air E passes through a humidification function part 3 of the rotary humidity adjusting element 1, thus absorbing water adhering to the rotary humidity adjusting element 1, discharging the water to the side of the indoor R2 as wetting air F for humidifying, at the same time, transferring water being contained in the indoor air C to the outdoor air A by switching a breathing path, and drying the water for returning the side of the indoor R2.

However, a compact and full-scale humidity control apparatus capable of selectively performing a dehumidifying operation and a humidifying operation has not been provided so far. That is, a device having a single function such as dehumidification, humidification, ventilation or the like, or a device having a plurality of functions and a device having a single function are appropriately combined so that the dehumidification operation and the humidification operation can be selectively performed. Although some humidity control devices configured as described above have been proposed, there are problems that the device becomes large and maintenance becomes complicated. In addition, most of the operations involve the replenishment of water necessary for humidification and the treatment of water generated during dehumidification, and there is a problem that the usability is poor.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings shown in FIGS.
1 shows an embodiment of a ventilation system at the time of a humidifying operation of a humidity control device according to the present invention, and reference numeral 1 denotes a rotary humidity control element incorporated in a case main body 100 installed on the indoor side of a side wall W, for example. Therefore, for example, a metal silicate gel combining silica, cobalt, iron, manganese, and other metals is polymerized into a ceramic honeycomb laminate, and the micropore shape is fine-tuned to match water molecules. And by increasing the number of hydroxyl groups in the micropores to increase the hydrophilicity,
At room temperature, it adsorbs moisture well, and when the temperature rises to 130 to 140 ° C., the adsorbed moisture is released, and in this case, it has a cylindrical shape, and the diameter of the cylinder is, for example, At 20 cm, it is controlled so as to make, for example, 1/2 rotation per minute.

The suction type blower 20 takes in the room air C by its suction action and performs a heat recovery process from the rotary humidity control element 1 by passing through the heat recovery function part 4. The electric heater 7 as a heating means uses the heat recovery air D after the heat recovery processing that has passed through the heat recovery function portion 4.
And the heated high-temperature air E is taken in so as to pass through the humidifying function part 3, so that the indoor air C is moistened due to the separation and release of the moisture adsorbed by the rotary humidity control element 1. The moisture adsorbability of the rotary humidity control element 1 is recovered, and the humidified air F thus humidified is discharged to the room R2 side, and the room R2 is humidified.

FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of a blower system at the time of intake operation which is performed in a state where the heating action by the electric heater 7 is stopped. The outside air A taken in from the outdoor R1 side by the suction blower 20 is shown. The air passage is switched so as to pass through the drying function part 2, and the water passing through the drying function part 2 is not deprived of the adsorbed moisture by the humidification function part 3, so that the moisture adsorbing property in the drying function part 2 is restored. Therefore, the ventilation path is switched so that the apparent dry air Bm having almost no change in humidity is discharged to the outdoor R1 side.
