Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out erecting and folding work without giving a feeling of unrest to a worker by controlling deviation of a pedestal. SOLUTION: Both right and left legs 2a and 2b mounted to the right and left of a deck 1 in a rotatable manner are braced with diagonal members 6 and 7 in the shape of a cord used for holding up tucked sleeves. A crossing section crosses a joint diagonal member 14 capable of being moved in the longitudinal direction of a bending diagonal member 12 with the bending diagonal member bent in a middle part, and the joint diagonal member 14 reaches the front end of a leg section 2 with a time diagonal member 16. The end of one of the diagonal members is divided into two, and the leg section 2 is connected with two points. Accordingly, the deviation of the pedestal is controlled to the utmost by the diagonal members 6 and 7 used for holding up tucked legs, and no feeling of unrest is given to a worker, By opening and closing of the legs 2a and 2b, the bending diagonal member 12 or the joint diagonal member 14 is also automatically moved to tuck up the legs 2a and 2b with both diagonal members, the erection of the pedestal is completed, and the erecting and folding work can be greatly facilitated.

The problem with such a pedestal is that the fixing of the legs b, b is not sufficient and the legs b, b
Is unstable. In other words, the legs b, b are only connected by the connecting members c, c extending from the intermediate portion to the intermediate portion of the deck a, and the lower portions of the legs b, b do not support anything. In addition, since there is no connection between the left and right legs b, b, the structure of the entire pedestal cannot be integrated, and the support structure is insufficient. When an operator rides on such a pedestal, the supporting portion is unstable and cannot be firmly supported, and the pedestal is fluttered, which is a factor that gives the worker a great sense of anxiety. In addition, the flapping of the pedestal could lead to a serious accident.

Another problem with these pedestals is that they can be easily opened and erected, or easily folded.
When the pedestal is erected, the more complicated the members that fix the legs, the more difficult it is to stand and fold the legs, and the more complicated the work, the more work time is lost.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A folding pedestal according to the present invention is a pedestal which can be opened and closed to fold, and which supports a leg firmly by crossing a diagonal member between left and right legs in a strut-like manner. . The base ends of the left and right legs are rotatably attached to the left and right ends of the deck on which the worker or the like rides, and the base is erected by being pushed right and left. A diagonal material can be bridged between the base end of one of the right and left legs and the tip of the other leg in a brace shape. The diagonal material is divided, for example, so that it can be connected in the middle, one of the divided parts is rotatably mounted on the base end side of the leg, and the other is rotatably mounted on the tip side of the other leg. It may be of a type that can be attached and detachably connected to both. Similarly, a diagonal member is straddled between the base end portion on the other side on either side and the distal end portion of the other leg so that the two diagonal members cross each other. The intersection of the two diagonal members can be fixed by, for example, a pin.

By crossing the two diagonal members like a cross, the stability of the pedestal is remarkably increased, and the flutter is significantly reduced. The diagonal material is not necessarily a linear member, and may be, for example, one in which one end is bifurcated, and connects the bifurcated distal end of the diagonal material to the base end or the distal end of the leg. Thus, the blur in the width direction of the pedestal can be suppressed. By fixing the intersection of the two diagonal members, it is possible to more appropriately suppress the blur of the leg.

[0010] It is possible to fold the two oblique members with one touch by closing the legs. The left and right legs are rotatably attached to the left and right ends of the deck as described above, and the diagonal material spanning from the base end of one leg to the tip end of the other leg is an intermediate shaft. It is a bent diagonal material that bends around the stop. Both ends of the bent diagonal member are rotatable with respect to the legs. The connecting diagonal material that is crossed with the bent diagonal material has a crossing portion with the bent diagonal material that is movably connected in the longitudinal direction of the bent diagonal material, and has a connecting diagonal that reaches the tip of the opposite leg. It can be fixed so as to be continuous with the material diagonally. Both the connecting diagonal member and the connecting diagonal member are rotatably connected to the leg side. These bent diagonal materials, connecting diagonal materials,
At least one end of the connecting diagonal member has a forked shape, and can be rotatably connected to the leg at two forked points.

In the case of such a pedestal, when the legs are pushed right and left, the bent diagonal material is automatically extended in a straight line by rotating the shaft stopper, and the connecting diagonal material is formed as a bent diagonal material. Move and the two cross each other. The erection work of the pedestal is completed only by connecting the connecting diagonal member and the connecting diagonal member. In the case of folding, it is possible to close the legs and fold by cutting off either the connecting diagonal member or the connecting diagonal member. At least one of the ends of the diagonal member has a bifurcated shape, and the two points of the bifurcated shape are connected to the legs, so that the base can be prevented from being shaken in the width direction.

The case where the folding pedestal as described above is set up will be described. When the legs 2a and 2b are opened with respect to the deck 1, the bent diagonal member 12 rotates with the pin 13 as a fulcrum and extends linearly. Accordingly, the hooking member 15 of the connecting diagonal member 14 moves, and the connecting diagonal member 14 also moves in a more intermediate direction of the bent diagonal member 12. With the left and right legs 2a and 2b fully opened, the bent diagonal member 12 is straightened, and the intersection with the connecting diagonal member 14 is fixed without moving any more. In this state, the connecting diagonal member 16 is tilted so as to be in line with the inclination of the connecting diagonal member 14, and the hook 10
Is hooked on the pin 8 of the connecting diagonal member 14, and the tube 9 is covered and fixed. When the pedestal is folded, the above operation may be performed in reverse.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 and subsequent drawings, only the lower end of one of the diagonal members has a forked shape. However, one or all of the ends of the diagonal material have a forked shape, and the legs 2a and 2b are formed at two points. By connecting to the base end or the front end, it is possible to suppress the blur in the direction orthogonal to the diagonal member, and it does not prevent the plural ends from being formed into a forked shape.

The present invention has the above-described configuration, and can obtain the following effects. By crossing and skewing the diagonal material between the left and right legs, it is possible to further suppress the unevenness of the left and right legs, so that a stable pedestal does not give a worker anxiety. By making one end of the diagonal material bifurcated and connecting it to the base end or the distal end of the leg at two points, it is possible to suppress the shake of the pedestal in the direction orthogonal to the diagonal material. Do not give a sense of anxiety. By simply opening or closing the legs on both sides, the bent or connecting diagonal material also automatically moves diagonally to support the legs, so that the pedestal can be set up and folded with one touch, allowing for quick work. It becomes possible. Since the diagonal member is constituted by the bent diagonal member, the connecting diagonal member and the connecting diagonal member, the folded size can be reduced by folding or dividing the diagonal member when the legs are folded. By making parts steel instead of aluminum,
There is less damage and wear, and maintenance costs can be reduced.
