Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject sheet, having a high detergency and a high cleaning rate for makeup foulings or sebum foulings, low irritant to skin and excellent in even feeling of use, operating efficiency and stability by including a specific nonionic surfactant, a polyhydric alcohol or a glycol ether and water in a sheet. SOLUTION: This sheet is obtained by including (A) a nonionic surfactant having 10-16 HLB e.g. a polyethylene glycol ester of a higher fatty acid represented by the formula RCOO-(CH2 CH2 O)n -H [RCO is a 4-30C acyl; (n) is 1-50]} in an amount of 0.01-5 pts.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. sheet (e.g. a nonwoven fabric, having 20-120 g/m<2> average basis weight and made of natural fibers), (B) a polyhydric alcohol or a glycol ether (e.g. glycerol, sorbitol or diethylene glycol monoethyl ether) in an amount of 0.01-3 pts.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. sheet and (C) water in an amount of 0.5-9.5 pts.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. sheet.

2. Description of the Related Art Make-up cosmetics such as lipstick, foundation, eyeshadow, mascara, etc., require a large amount of oil,
Since it contains a solid oil, the use of a solid or paste-like facial cleanser mainly composed of ordinary soap is insufficient in solubilization and emulsification, and it is difficult to remove makeup stains. Conventionally, in order to remove such makeup stains, gel cleansing agents, cleansing creams, cleansing oils, and the like mainly containing an oily base have been used.

[0003] However, these cleansing agents mainly composed of an oily base are insufficient in cleaning sebum stains such as solid stains clogging pores, and also leave an oily feeling. After washing, it was necessary to wash again with a paste-like face wash or the like. Also,
When used in a hot and humid place, the cleansing agent mainly composed of an oily base has a problem that the stability is deteriorated due to the inclusion of water, and the cleansing agent is separated or the detergency is reduced.

Further, a detergent composition for removing oily stains such as make-up and sebum is required to have low irritation to the skin. However, using a fatty acid soap or an anionic surfactant as a base generally causes high irritation to the skin. In addition, even when a non-ionic surfactant having a low irritation and a good detergency is used as a base, when a thickener is added as in a commercially available detergent,
There has been a problem that the washing speed of the surfactant is remarkably reduced, and a feeling of sliminess is generated during use. When a thickener is not used to avoid the drawbacks caused by such thickeners, operability such as low viscosity of the system, washing agent flowing from the face during face washing and soiling clothes, etc. Gets worse.
