Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a peeling work without leaning an excessive moisture or an interfacial active agent solution on a backing by a method wherein the surface of a layer to be peeled is covered, and pressurized steam is continuously sprayed all at once to a previously determined area of the surface of the layer to be peeled extending to the almost total surface. SOLUTION: Heated and pressurized steam which is fed from a pressurized steam feeding means is jetted to the surface of a face to be peeled of a wallpaper, from a jetting hole 13 which is opened toward a space in a flat box- shaped panel 11 which press-bonds the peripheral edges of a side wall, and the space in the panel 11 is filled with the heated and pressurized steam. The heated and pressurized steam which is filled, comes into contact with the surface to be peeled which has a temperature being much lower than the steam, and is condensed and returned to water, and imparts a proper moisture to the surface of the face to be peeled. The moisture still has a considerably high temperature, and a starch/adhesive layer which is inserted between the surface of the face to be peeled and its under layer is rapidly swollen and softened. By this method, the peeling and the removal of the face to be peeled from a backing become easier.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when replacing wallpaper, when removing the backing paper and the adhesive layer remaining on the surface by removing the wallpaper on the surface, water or warm water is applied to the surface of the layer to be removed. After waiting for swelling and softening of the layer to be peeled, a method of peeling and removing the layer to be peeled from the surface of the base using a spatula or the like has been adopted. In this method, not only a considerable amount of time is required for softening the layer to be peeled, but also there is a problem that surplus water or hot water drips to the floor surface, and the floor surface may be soiled. In addition, it took a considerable amount of time to dry the substrate after peeling, and it was not possible to immediately start the work of attaching new wallpaper.

[0003] When the decorative layer (vinyl layer) on the surface is peeled off, it is considerably difficult to completely remove the decorative layer (vinyl layer). Therefore, a new wallpaper may be applied without performing the complete peeling. In this case, a foundation is made of a gypsum board, a backing paper is pasted thereon, and a new wallpaper is pasted. At this time, the backing paper may not be sufficiently adhered. In some cases, the base material may be treated with a sealer and / or primer using a base material other than gypsum board. However, since the base material has a low water absorption capacity, it is lined with moisture that cannot be absorbed by the base material. As a result of stretching of the paper, there was a problem that blisters were generated on the wallpaper surface after reconstructing. If the old base is completely removed and a gypsum board base is created or a new gypsum board is applied, the problem of blistering can be solved for the time being. There was a drawback that required construction. In addition, in order to effectively remove the old backing paper remaining on the base, a surfactant solution is often applied to the surface of the layer to be peeled off. The surfactant remains on the lower ground, and the surfactant shifts to a higher concentration on the gypsum board side than on the backing paper side and penetrates, so that the surface of the gypsum board becomes weak or changes to an adhesive state. Sometimes they came.

Although the structure of the heating member is not particularly limited,
Generally, in consideration of the fact that the wallpaper peeling device is used at an indoor construction site, an electrothermal heating member which is easy to handle and has high safety is appropriate. For example, an electric heater buried in the bottom portion of the heating and pressing can body, which is located close to the bottom surface of the heating and pressing can body, one end of which is penetrated into the side wall of the heating and pressing can body, and the other end is fixed to the side wall. Rod-shaped electric heater or a thin-tube electric heater in which a heat-generating portion is accommodated in a thin metal tube bent and arranged in a planar shape.

However, the purpose of sensing the pressure is that the pressure of the heated and pressurized steam supplied to the pressurized steam spraying means is maintained within a predetermined pressure range, and the pressure of the heated and pressurized steam is always close to the temperature of the steam. Rather than displaying and recognizing the pressure inside the heating and pressurizing canister numerically, taking into account the relationship Based on the pressure and temperature in the can sensed by a temperature sensing member (e.g., a bimetallic temperature sensing member) installed on a diaphragm-type sensing member and a heating and pressing can body, preferably installed at multiple locations, The temperature and pressure of the heated and pressurized steam are maintained within a set value range by controlling the amount of electricity supplied to the electrothermal heating member via a computer. If we adopt a method that is more a practical convenient. Of course, even when this method is adopted, it does not prevent the provision of a pressure display device such as a pressure gauge.

Further, the operation of the pressure control / regulation valve and / or the supply amount regulation valve has a close relationship with the state (temperature and pressure) of the heated and pressurized steam in the heated and pressurized can body. Accordingly, a diaphragm-type sensing member incorporated in-line or in a bypass at the outlet channel portion of the pressurized can body, and a temperature sensing member installed on the heating and pressurized can body, preferably installed at a plurality of locations (for example, a bimetallic temperature-sensing member) Based on the pressure and temperature inside the can sensed by
If necessary, by controlling the operation of the pressure control / regulating valve and / or the supply amount regulating valve via a computer, a method is adopted in which the supply amount (spouting amount) of the heated and pressurized steam can be adjusted. It is more practical and convenient. Of course, even when this method is adopted, the provision of the flow meter for displaying the supply amount (ejection amount) of the heated and pressurized steam is not prevented.

The present tubular structure is required to have a flexibility that allows it to move freely following the position of the pressurized steam spraying means and to be easily bent. In addition, the heated and pressurized steam is passed through the inside of the present tubular structure. However, when deformation such as a change in the tube diameter of the tubular structure occurs at that time, the flow of the heated and pressurized steam is simply inhibited. Not only that, there is a risk of the tubular structure deviating from the inlet portion of the pressurized steam spray means or damaging the tubular structure. Therefore, the material of the tubular structure has sufficient resistance to heated and pressurized steam. In addition, it is necessary to adopt a structure in which the tube diameter is hardly deformed. Further, the end of the tubular structure needs to be firmly connected to the inlet of the pressurized steam spraying means.

An example of such a tubular structure is a corrugated tube made of hard rubber in which a spiral metal wire is embedded inside the wall of the tube. Further, the periphery of the tubular structure may be covered with a suitable heat insulating material for the purpose of preventing heat loss from the circulating heated and pressurized steam and also preventing burns caused by contact of a construction worker.

The structure of the heating and pressurizing steam spray means in FIG.
This is the most basic and simple structure of the spraying means. The heated pressurized steam supplied from the pressurized steam supply means illustrated in FIG. 1 passes through a portion (14) communicating with the structure of the pressurized steam supply means, and the peripheral portion of the side wall is pressed against the surface of the wallpaper to be peeled in advance. Flat box-like panel (1
1) One hole (13) opening toward the inside of the panel (11) into the inside space, that is, the hole (13) of the heated and pressurized steam is blown out, and the space inside the panel (11) is blown out. To be charged. The filled heated and pressurized steam condenses and condenses by coming into contact with the surface of the surface to be peeled at a temperature much lower than that of the steam, and imparts an appropriate amount of moisture to the surface of the surface to be peeled. This moisture is still at a considerably high temperature, and the glue / adhesive layer interposed between the surface of the surface to be peeled and the lower layer (base) rapidly swells and softens. Facilitates removal.

The structure of the panel (11) is, of course, set to a size that is easy to operate and handle by the installer. On the other hand, the surface of the surface to be peeled greatly exceeds the area that can be covered by the panel (11), such as the wall surface and the ceiling surface of the room. 11) and the panel (1)
1) In a unit that can be covered, heat and pressurized steam is supplied while moving sequentially to the left, right, up and down positions to swell and soften the glue / adhesive layer under the surface to be peeled over the entire surface of the wall to be peeled. It is good to let.

According to the present invention, the surface of the layer to be peeled can be easily peeled off and removed from the substrate without applying water, a surfactant solution or the like to the surface of the layer to be peeled off. The effect is that the stripping operation can be performed without leaving the surfactant solution, and the operation of attaching new wallpaper can be performed immediately or after a short time has passed. In addition, in addition, conventionally, at the time of wallpaper replacement work, the water applied to the surface of the layer to be peeled often flows down to the floor surface, and there is a fear that the floor surface will be soiled, or blisters will occur on the wallpaper surface after rebuilding. There is an effect that the fear can be completely avoided. Further, there is an effect that the surface of the layer to be peeled can be easily peeled and removed not only on the surface of the layer to be peeled wide but also on the surface of the layer to be peeled narrow.
