Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically wash a prefilter section and water suction section and even near to a water delivery section without being limited in a range for back flow for the purpose of internal washing by disposing a bypass path flowing to the water delivery section from the water suction section side between the water suction section and the water delivery section. SOLUTION: A discharge selector valve 5 is changed over to a discharge pipeline 6 side and a circulating pump P is run in a backward direction to pass bath water through a water suction port 1, a prefilter 2 and a check valve 3 from the bypass pipeline 20 to a water delivery pipeline 10 from which the water is passed backward through a heater H and a filter tank T. The filter media in the filter tank T are floated by backwashing water, by which the filter media are washed. The bath water is discharge from the circulating pump P through the discharge selector valve 5 then through the drain pipeline 6 to the outside of a bathtub. The internal washing may be executed over a wide range simply by changing over the discharge selector valve 5 and driving the circulating pump P in the backward direction by the bypass pipeline 20 and the check valve 21. The backflow washing in the device is executed by the simple constitution and the washing of the prefilter 2 is made possible.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a circulating pump for absorbing bath water in a bathtub from a water absorption section, performing predetermined treatment in a purification processing section, and then discharging the water from the water discharge section. In a bath water purification apparatus comprising: a purifying mechanism for returning bath water to a bath tub; and a cleaning mechanism for back flowing bath water by the circulating pump to clean the inside of the bath water. A bypass path that circulates only from the side to the water discharge section side is provided. With this configuration,
When backflowing the bath water, it is possible to backflow the water from the water suction section through the bypass path, so that the backflow can be performed in a wide range of almost the entire apparatus. Therefore, the inside of the entire apparatus can be cleaned. Further, since the bypass path is a one-way flow path from the water suction section to the water discharge section side, there is no need to provide a switching valve or the like, simply by operating the circulation pump in the reverse direction,
It is possible to realize a backflow of the entire bath water. A pre-filter is provided on the purification processing unit side of the connection of the water absorption unit with the bypass passage, a switching valve is provided between the pre-filter and the connection unit, and bath water is supplied to the other side of the switching valve outside the system. By providing a discharge line for discharging water to the pre-filter, the water suction portion side of the pre-filter can be switchably connected to the discharge line, so that the backflow water of the bath water can be poured into the pre-filter. Automatic cleaning of the garbage can also be performed.
As a pre-filter for performing such automatic cleaning, a configuration in which a plurality of plate-like filter members are loaded by an amount that leaves a predetermined space inside a space of a predetermined volume having an inlet and an outlet of bath water. Is desirable. The plate-like filter member is separated by flowing back the bath water, so that the dust attached between the filter members can be lifted up and discharged from the discharge pipe. It is desirable to provide a clogging prevention mechanism by the filter member at the outlet and the inlet of the bath water. Further, by providing the pre-filter in a closed loop capable of heat circulation, the pre-filter can be washed with heat, and the bacteriostatic effect of the entire system can be further improved.

A check valve 21 is provided in the middle of the bypass pipe 20 so that bath water flows only from the water suction pipe 4 to the water discharge pipe 10 and does not flow in the opposite direction. The discharge switching valve 5 is for switching the connection to the circulation pump P between the water suction pipe 4 side and the discharge pipe 6 side, and the discharge pipe 6 is located outside the bathtub. With this configuration, at the time of backwashing, the washing water from the circulation pump P is caused to flow to the discharge pipe 6 side, and is discharged outside the bathtub and outside the system.

In the above configuration, when cleaning the inside, as shown in (B), the discharge switching valve 5 is switched to the discharge line 6, and the circulation pump P is operated in the reverse direction.
The bath water flows from the bypass line 20 to the water discharge line 10 through the water suction port 1, the pre-filter 2, and the check valve 3, and flows through the heater H and the filtration tank T in a direction opposite to the normal direction. This backflow water causes the filter material inside the filter tank T to float and to be washed. Then, the water is discharged from the circulation pump P through the discharge switching valve 5 to the outside of the bathtub from the discharge line 6. As described above, the internal cleaning can be performed in a wide range by simply switching the discharge switching valve 5 by the bypass pipe 20 and the check valve 21 and driving the circulation pump P in the reverse direction.

(C) In the state where the discharge switching valve 5 is connected to the water suction line 4, the circulating pump P is reversed to circulate the backflow water, and the backflow water is heated to a high temperature of 70 ° C. or more, and the internal pressure is increased. 2 shows an example in which high-temperature cleaning is performed.
This high-temperature cleaning can also be performed in a wider range than before by the bypass pipe 20.

When the bath water is flowing from the inlet 23 to the outlet 24, the pre-filter 2 having the above-described structure is used for the filter member 25.
Are stacked on the net 26 and serve to remove large debris from the bath water passing through the gap. On the other hand, when the bath water flows backward from the outlet 24 to the inlet 23, the filter member 25 separates from the net 26 and floats in the pre-filter 2 as shown in FIG. It is discharged from the inlet 23. In FIG. 6, the dust is discharged out of the bathtub through the discharge line 6, and the pre-filter 2 is cleaned. In addition, it is desirable to form a sticking prevention pin 27 around the inlet 23 so that the filter member 25 sticks and does not block the inlet 23 during backwashing.
