When the wire W having a small diameter is pushed into the wire insertion groove 3, the amount of bending deformation of the pair of wire holding pieces 2, 2 is small, so that the wire W is easily pushed in, and The wire holding pieces 2 and 2 hold the wire W with a small elastic force. When the wire W having a large diameter is pushed into the wire insertion groove 3, a large pressing force is required, and the wire holding piece 2 is largely bent and deformed to widen the tip width of the wire insertion groove 3. Therefore, the electric wire holder A cannot be used as the electric wire W of multiple sizes. There are the following two types of wire holders that can hold multiple size wires W.

The electric wire holder C constructed as described above
1 is when the electric wire W is pushed into the electric wire insertion groove 15,
Since the thin-walled wire holding wall 18 and the connecting thin-walled portion 23 are electrically deformed, the insertion of the wire W is easy. . When inserting a wire W having a larger diameter,
The thin portion 21 is elastically deformed to facilitate insertion of the electric wire W.

Since the thin portion 21 has a larger elastic force than the thin wire holding wall 18 and the connecting thin portion 23, it hardly undergoes elastic deformation when the diameter of the wire W is small, but the diameter of the wire W increases. When the amount of elastic deformation of the electric wire holding wall 18 and the connecting thin portion 23 exceeds the elastic deformation amount, the electric wire sandwiching piece 19 undergoes elastic deformation spreading outward with the thin portion 21 as a fulcrum. The amount of elastic deformation of the wire holding piece 19 increases as the wire W increases, and the holding force also increases. Since the thin portion 21 is located outside the wire holding piece 19, the wire holding piece 19 is

[0021] Figure 3 is a perspective view of the wire holding portion C 2 showing a second embodiment of the present invention, differs from the electric wire holder C 1 of the first embodiment, the wire holding pieces 19 in the closing direction is that the spring 24 for biasing is provided, the others are the same as the wire holding portion C 1 of the first embodiment. Since the spring 24 is formed from a rod-shaped spring material, damage is unlikely to occur even if stress is concentrated on the corner 24a. The locking groove 1 for fixing the spring 24 is provided outside the base 13 and the wire holding piece 19.

[0022] Upon insertion of the wire W of the small-diameter to the wire holder C 2, thin wire holding wall 18, connecting the thin portion 23 is elastically deformed (see FIG. 4), exceeding the elastic deformation of the thin wire retainer 18 When the electric wire W having a size is inserted, the thin portion 21 is elastically deformed, and the electric wire holding piece 19 spreads against the urging force of the spring 24. Therefore, as the diameter of the electric wire W increases, the electric wire holding force increases. Since the wire holding piece 19 is reinforced by the spring 24, it is not damaged even when used for a long period of time.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has the following effects. (1) Since the thin wire holding wall that is easily elastically deformed is provided on the inner surface side of the wire holding piece, the wire is easily inserted into the wire insertion groove, and the tip of the wire insertion groove does not spread. Therefore, there is an advantage that the electric wire does not fall off. (2) Thin portions are formed at both ends of the wire holding piece due to the long holes provided in the wire holding piece, and the wire holding piece works in the direction of closing the wire insertion groove with this thin portion as a fulcrum, so that the wire falls off. do not do.

(3) When the diameter of the wire is small, the wire is clamped by the elastic force of the wire holding wall, and even if the diameter of the wire exceeds the deformation amount of the wire holding wall, the thin portion is deformed. A large-diameter electric wire can be clamped. Also, there is an advantage that a small-diameter electric wire is clamped with a small force, and the clamping force increases as the diameter of the electric wire increases. (4) The connecting thin portion formed between the elongated hole and the second slit has an effect of keeping the weld line for holding and closing the electric wire away from the electric wire gripping position when the electric wire holder is formed. Is prevented from being damaged. (5) If the spring for urging the electric wire holding piece in the closing direction is made of a rod-shaped spring material, the life of the spring is increased. When this spring is formed in a ring shape having an opening in a part from a bar-shaped spring material, the internal stress of the spring is made uniform, and the life of the spring is further increased.
