ーを2本セットし、その2本のローラーの間にピンで横
地を押し込む事で迂回の距離が長くなり、歪みの吸収量
が増す。以上の働きをもったピンとローラー2本を、ピ
ン受け台と1体化にセットした装置を、延反機付属のカ
ッター移動盤の上か、布地送りローラーと布地出口の中
間で、布地送りローラーから流れ落ちる布地にピンの先

で、布地に直角に当るよう、布地巾本数分のピンを、布
地送りローラーと平行して横ならべにセットしピンで布
地を押し込み、ピンのスライド差で様々な波形の歪みに
も自在に対応して、横地の目の歪みを吸収し、布地出口
から横地の目の整った布地を送り出せる。ピンのスライ
ドにおいて、多数のピンを短時間でスライドさせられる
よう、ピンの側面にそれぞれ同位置に穴を設けて復元力
のあるワイヤーで連結させる。又歪みの吸収量を増す為
に、ピンの前面の上下に布地巾より長い目の2本のロー
ラーをピンの先端に平行してセットし、2本のローラー
とピンの先端との間を、布地送りローラーから送り出さ
れた布地が通るようにする事でピンの少しのスライドで
歪みの吸収量を増す効果が生じる。以上のピンとローラ
ー2本をピンの受け台で1体化した装置を、延反機付属
のカッター移動盤の上か、布地送りローラーと布地出口
の中間にセットする、布地の横地の歪みを修正する装
置。1.
