However, since the transport of the conveyed object by the dedicated truck uses a long hanger beam, the hanger beam itself becomes large, and it takes time and effort to raise and lower the conveyed object. Was not efficient. In addition, on the outbound route of this dedicated truck, transported items such as clothes are transported to the destination, but on the return route from the destination, it is necessary to return with an empty vehicle, which is preferable in terms of transportation efficiency. Did not.

FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the folding carrier of FIGS. 1 and 2 in a folded state. In order to obtain the folded state as shown in FIG. 9, if there is the mounting table 50, first, the mounting table 50 is rotated about the support shaft of the rotating hinge 52 shown in FIG. And then the other side frame 2
4 is rotated inward to be set substantially parallel to the rear frame 15 and folded. By the way, casters 70a to 70d
Are respectively attached to the mounting seats 71a to 71d, the mounting seat 71a is mounted on the one side frame 3, the mounting seat 71b is mounted on the other side frame 24, and the mounting seat 71c is mounted on the one side frame 3 and the rear frame. The mounting seat 71d is fixed to the rear frame 15 with bolts, nuts, and the like. In the case of this embodiment, the four casters 70a to 70d are free wheels, and the front two casters 70a and 70b have stoppers for stopping the rotation of the wheels, but the present invention is not limited to this. One on the rear side may be a fixed wheel, and the other three may be free wheels.

The folding carrier 1 according to the present embodiment having the above-described structure operates as follows. That is, the multi-panel 1
1 and 32 and the hanger beam 38, the movable hook 41 of the hanger beam is locked in, for example, the long hole 33 of the multi-panel, and the beam body 39 is connected to the multi-panel 11
Side, the movable hook 41 of the hanger beam is extended, and the fixed hook 40 is inserted into the multi-panel elongated hole 12.
Can be locked. Next, the holding pipe 43 of the hanger beam is raised, and a hook 83 of a clothing crest on which clothes are hung is hung on the beam body 39, and the holding pipe 43 is hung.
3 is lowered, and then the belt 46 of the slide hook is wound so that the hook 83 does not come off. In this state, the folding transport vehicle 1 is placed on a truck distributed by a clothing manufacturer, and further transported to a department store or the like while hanging the clothing. Arrive at the destination department store, etc.
It can be displayed or displayed in the store as it is. By doing so, it is possible to save the trouble of directly lowering the objects to be conveyed one by one, and it is possible to carry or convey efficiently. According to the folding transport vehicle 1, there is no need to use a dedicated truck, and for example, a wing truck may be used. On the return trip, other luggage can be loaded on the mounting table 50 instead of being empty.

Further, the multi-panels 11, 32 in which a plurality of slots 12 and 33 are formed can lock the hanger beam 38 at the position of the optimum slot according to the type and size of the load. This allows the transported object to be suspended and transported or transported elastically and efficiently. Also, the multi-panel 11
Is formed in the direction from one surface 37a to the other surface 37b, so that the long holes 12, 33 are formed in a smooth curve from the one surface 37a to the other surface 37b, and the hanger beam 38 makes it easier to insert the fixed or movable hooks. Also, the rigidity of the multi-panel is increased. The folding transport vehicle 1 of the present embodiment can transport or transport the transported object by suspending it, and, by providing the mounting table 50 on the folding transport vehicle, also mounts another transported item and simultaneously transports or transports it. You can do it.

4. Since the rear frame 15, the hanger beam 38, the mounting table 50, and the like are formed of an aluminum alloy, they are more corrosion-resistant and lighter than steel. The reduced weight reduces the energy required for transportation or transportation, is easy to handle, and is clean and beautiful. In particular, when the loading capacity of a truck or the like is limited, there is an advantage that the load can be increased as compared with steel. In the food and medical fields, aluminum alloys are superior due to the problem of rust. The extruded shape of the aluminum alloy is used after surface treatment, but may be a plate depending on the shape.
