含浸ロール3によりワニス含浸槽4に導き、繊維基材2
0を含浸槽4内のワニスに浸漬することにより繊維基材
20にワニスを含浸させ、ワニス付着量制御装置5によ
り過剰のワニスを除去して付着量を適正に制御するよう
