して止着部が上記オス材からなるものを用い、ランディ
ングテープとして該オス材と係合可能なメス材を用いた
り、ファスニンングテープとして止着部が粘着剤が塗布
されたテープ材を用い、ランディングテープとして剥離

弾性部材を具備する細帯状の弾性部材付設シートとから
なり、 上記弾性部材付設シートは、少なくとも上記おむつ本体
の背側部を構成する上方部に、その両側方部がそれぞれ
上記おむつ本体の左右両側縁部から外方に延出するよう
に配されており、 上記弾性部材付設シートの両側方部におむつ止着用のフ
ァスニングテープが配されており、 上記おむつ本体の左右両側縁部には、該おむつ本体の長
手方向に沿って設けられた一対の第１レッグ部弾性部材
と、一対の該第１レッグ部弾性部材よりも該おむつ本体
の幅方向内方に設けられた一対の第２レッグ部弾性部材
とが配されており、該第２レッグ部弾性部材は、その両
端部よりも中央部がおむつ本体の幅方向内方に変位され
