PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dimension of a printed-circuit board for a brushless motor which is used for an OA apparatus such as a P.P.C., printer or the like. SOLUTION: Lead wires 6 of a DIP integrated-circuit component 5 are inserted from positions which stride over a magnet 2 at a rotor 1 from the rear side of a printed-circuit board 2 which is faced with the magnet 2 which is brought into pressure contact with, and fixed to, the rotor 1. The integrated- circuit component 5 is mounted on, and fixed to, the rear side, which is not faced with the rotor 1, of the printed-circuit board 3. Thereby, the rotation of the rotor 1 is not obstructed, and it is possible to obtain a brushless motor in which the dimension of the printed-circuit board 3 can be reduced.
