A paper packing box such as a cardboard box is used, and articles are packed and packed therein, and after unpacking the articles, the paper packing box such as a cardboard box is discarded. At Shakubin, such paper boxes are collected and reused.
Such paper boxes are often soiled or broken during transportation or the like, and thus their disposal rate is still high, which is extremely disadvantageous both economically and in terms of resource saving.

However, if such a synthetic resin transport container was transported in the shape of a container, that is, in the shape of a box or basket, even though the inside was empty, for example, at the source of the article,
Unnecessary space becomes too large, and waste is liable to occur in terms of a freight transport vehicle for transporting the space and a stocker yard for storing the same. Therefore, for example, such a synthetic resin transport container is formed in a basket shape without a lid, and when the inside is empty, both side walls are folded inward to form a thin plate shape, for example, to the source of the article as described above. It is considered that no useless space is generated when the sheet is transported. Such a foldable basket made of a synthetic resin is hereinafter simply referred to as a foldable basket.

A side wall (hereinafter also referred to as a short side wall) 1b corresponding to a short side thereof and a side wall (hereinafter also referred to as a long side wall) 1c corresponding to a long side thereof stand perpendicular to the rectangular bottom member 1a. From a fully opened state (hereinafter also referred to as a fully opened state), first, as shown in FIG. 3B, the short side wall 1b is folded inward (hereinafter, this state, that is, only the long side wall 1c is opened). (Referred to also as a half-open state), and then, as shown in FIG. 3C, when the long side wall 1c is folded inward (hereinafter, also referred to as a closed state), the basket 1 is completely folded. It is in a folded state. In the closed state or the folded state, for example, if the sheet is conveyed to the conveyance source, no useless space is generated. When used as the basket 1, conversely, the side walls can be opened in the order of the long side wall 1c and the end / side wall 1b to form the basket 1 in a fully opened state. A large number of slit-shaped gaps are formed in the bottom member 1a, the short side wall 1b, and the long side wall 1c of the folding basket 1.

Therefore, the present applicant transports the folding baskets made of synthetic resin stacked in a folded state to a cleaning device, and sprays a cleaning liquid on the inside and outside of the folding baskets in the latent image device to wash the folding baskets. Is transported to a reversing drainer, and while the folding basket to which the cleaning liquid is attached is turned over, a slight impact is applied to the folding basket to shake off the cleaning liquid attached to the folding basket, and the folding basket is stacked by a predetermined number of stages with a stacking device. After being piled up and transported to a centrifugal dehydrator, this centrifugal dehydrator is used to wash the folding baskets that are stacked on the turntable, rotated at high speed together with the turntable, centrifugally dehydrated, and then carried out.・ Developed a drying device.

Since a so-called blower drying for drying cannot be adopted, a centrifugal dehydrator for centrifugally dehydrating the washing liquid is indispensable, but in order to improve the efficiency of this centrifugal dehydrator, the turntable is rotated at a higher speed. There is no other way to shorten the centrifugal dehydration time.

In the folding basket centrifugal dehydrator for centrifugally dewatering in a stacked state by a predetermined number of stacks, a plurality of storage spaces for radially storing the stacked baskets in the stacked state are formed at equal angular intervals in a circumferential direction and each storage space is formed. A turntable in which the space between the spaces is closed by a cylindrical surface, and a rotation driving means for driving the turntable to rotate at a high speed, and is rotatably held on a rotation axis along an opening edge in a storage opening of the storage space; And a folding basket holding means having one end abutting from the outside to the opening edge of the storage opening and the other end extending into the storage opening, and the folding basket holding means provided at predetermined insertion and removal positions around the turntable. It is characterized in that a loading and unloading means for loading and unloading the basket folding stacking state with respect to the housing space in the open state of the folding holding means opening means and the opening means for opening the means.

At the same time, the air resistance can be reduced, and the stacked baskets are stored in the storage space in a state in which the stacked baskets are stored in the storage space so as to abut against the opening edge of the storage opening from the outside by the storage basket holding means. In addition, it is possible to reliably keep the folded baskets in the stacked state from projecting outward due to the centrifugal force at the time of high-speed rotation of the turntable.

By the control, when the rotation speed of the turntable 87 gradually increases and reaches a predetermined rotation speed (for example, 400 rpm), the state shifts to a constant speed control state, and centrifugal dehydration is performed, and thereafter a predetermined time (for example, 15 seconds) ) in the same manner as is described above is a deceleration control elapses, the storage space a 1 is opposed to extractor 90, is stopped in the automatic stop position storage space a 4 faces the charging device 75, the storage space a 1 to a 4 in the replacement of the folded basket 1 stacking state of being accommodated are carried out.

Although it is possible to reduce, thus the turntable 87 when the high-speed rotation, between the adjacent openings of the four formed on the turntable 87 storage space a 1 to a 4 is the fan cover 872 Since it is formed on a cylindrical surface, the air resistance is reduced and the driving force can be reduced, and the mounting table TD, the ceiling disk PU, the partition wall W, the folding table, in which the turntable 87 is formed of light nylon resin, Since it is composed of the open / close doors 880 of the basket holding mechanisms H 1 to H 4 and the fan-shaped cover 872 formed of thin stainless steel, the weight can be reduced. Since the inertia force can be reduced, the rotation drive control of the turntable 87 can be easily performed with high accuracy.

A large centrifugal force acts on the folding basket 1 stacking state of being accommodated in, jumping out to the outside of the folded basket 1 of these stacks states reliably by folding basket holding mechanism H 1 to H 4 Therefore, it is possible to shorten the spin-drying time by increasing the speed of the turntable.

することができる。That is, each of the folding basket holding mechanisms H 1 to H 4 is provided with left and right opening / closing doors 88 as particularly apparent in FIG.
0 is rotatably disposed on a rotation shaft 876 supported by each of the partition walls WB 1 to WB 4.
Are pushed out by centrifugal force, and when the outer ends thereof come into contact with the inner ends of the left and right doors 880, the outer ends of the left and right doors 880 are positioned outside the fan-shaped cover 872. Since the stoppers 882 abut against each other, it is possible to reliably prevent the folded baskets 1 in the stacked state from jumping out due to centrifugal force without requiring a separate holding force.

By adhering to the folded baskets 1 in the stacked state after centrifugal dehydration, it is possible to reliably prevent the folding baskets 1 in the stacked state from being blown from the hot air introduction path 823 to the drying time. It can be shorter.

Therefore, when the turntable is rotated at a high speed by the rotary driving means, the air resistance can be reduced, and the storage basket is opened by the folding basket holding means while the stacked folding baskets are stored in the storage space. By being held in contact with the edge from the outside, the folding basket in a stacked state can be reliably prevented from jumping outward due to centrifugal force during high-speed rotation of the turntable, and the turntable can be made faster And the centrifugal dehydration time can be shortened.

Thus, even if a large centrifugal force acts on the folding baskets, the stacked baskets can be reliably prevented from jumping outward and held.

Thus, the folding basket can be easily inserted into the storage space in a stacked state.
