【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 帯状板材を、プレス加工部が複数並設状
態で対設し且つプレス作動時には対設する各プレス加工
部が噛合状態となるプレス加工装置に断続的に移送し、
この帯状板材を前記プレス加工装置でプレス加工する
際、先ず移送先端側の第一プレス加工部を作動せしめて
帯状板材をプレス加工し、この第一プレス加工部による
プレス加工が完了してから次のプレス加工が行われるよ
うに第一プレス加工部のプレス作動よりも遅れて対向側
の移送基端側の第二プレス加工部を作動せしめて帯状板
材をプレス加工し、続いてこの第二プレス加工部より移
送基端側に対向並設するプレス加工部を移送基端側程遅
れてプレス作動が行われるように時間差を置いて対向両
側から交互にプレス作動せしめ、以上により帯状板材を
変形断面形状が連続した連続凹凸形状に連続プレス加工
することを特徴とする帯状板材の連続加工法。
