けであるので、絡げ部4bの断面形状も平面状となり、
巻線端末3aと半田付けする際の濡れ性が悪くなって接
着不良を起こしやすい欠点があった。このため、従来は
半田濡れ性を良くするために半田冶具6を介して半田漕
5に浸けられる絡げ部4bの長さを長くしていたがこれ
によって該絡げ部が屈曲し易くなり巻線端末の断線が起
きやすく、また、コイル部品全体の形状が大きくなる欠

ることによって半田濡れ性を良くするとともに該絡げ部
の機械的強度を増して屈曲による巻線端末の断線を予防
し、また、前記絡げ部の長さ寸法を短くしてコイル部品

の周側面より突出して巻線3から導出した巻線端末3a
を絡げて接続するための絡げ部4bとで構成されてお
り、前記絡げ部4bは例えばV字状、半円弧状等の凹状
に形成されてドラムコア1の下鍔2bの周側面より外方
に突出させてある。上記構成で巻線端末3aを金属リー
ド端子4の絡げ部4bに半田付けする工程は図3の従来
例と同様に、巻線端末3aを絡げた絡げ部4bが半田漕
5の溶融半田液面に対して垂直になるようにコイル部品
を半田治具6に取り付け、絡げ部4bを溶融半田液に浸

の絡げ部は凹状に形成され、かつ、鍔部の周側面より突
