【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 ワイヤハーネスの組立作業台上で、ワイ
ヤハーネスの幹線から支線を上方あるいは下方の三次元
方向に分岐させる装置であって、 軸部の上端に電線受け部を設けた略Y字状で、該軸部
に、上端の電線受け部を他の治具の電線受け部と同一高
さに保持する原状位置用のロック部と、該原状位置用の
ロック部より下方あるいは上方に、作業位置用のロック
部を備えた三次元用治具を設ける一方、 上記組立作業台に、幹線から分岐する支線のラインに沿
って、分岐位置から所要寸法をあけた作業位置から支線
端末の原状位置まで上記支線ラインに沿ってスライド溝
を穿設すると共に、該スライド溝の両端の原状位置と作
業位置とに上記ロック部をロックする手段を設けてお
り、 原状位置に位置決め固定した上記三次元用治具に支線を
布線した後、該三次元用治具を作業位置にスライドさせ
ると共に上昇あるいは下降させて上記軸部を作業位置で
ロックし、幹線に対して支線を上方あるいは下方へと分
岐させるようにしたワイヤハーネスの三次元方向分岐装
置。
