DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention has the above-described structure.
The stimulus 9 is fixed to a target by putting the toes on the elastic materials 3 and 4 and putting the heels in the spaces created by the elastic materials 6, 7 and 8. Since it is a wearable type, the stimulant 9 is not displaced, and there are few portions that are in contact with the skin, so there is little discomfort, it is possible to go to bed with the present invention attached, and it can correspond to any kind of footwear.

EXAMPLE A stimulus 9 was applied to subjects A, B, C, D, E, and F.
Is a circular ferrite magnet, and the present invention is arranged such that the stimulus 9 is applied to the position of the nerve reflex in the sole of the sole in FIG. 5. In an experiment that examined changes in blood glucose levels (measured by Gurutest EII, Sanwa Chemical Laboratory Co., Ltd.), the results shown in FIGS. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 were obtained. Based on these experimental results, FIG. 12 shows an average value obtained by comparing the fasting blood sugar level with 100% and the time change of the blood sugar level. According to the experimental results, the stimulus 9 was made into a circular ferrite magnet, and the present invention in which the stimulus 9 was placed at the position shown in FIG. The satiety center in the stomach gives a feeling of satiety obtained by an increase in blood sugar level quickly and suppresses a decrease in blood sugar level, so that the hunger center in the central nervous system suppresses the feeling of hunger obtained by a decrease in blood sugar level, so-called diet effect Can be confirmed. These effects can be obtained by mounting the present invention in which the stimulus 9 is a circular ferrite magnet and is arranged so that the stimulus 9 hits the position shown in FIG. Stimulant 9 for 24 hours to maintain the diet effect
It can be said that it is most effective to use the present invention, which can be mounted without shifting from the target position shown in FIG.

[0006] In implementing the present invention, the following can be performed. (A) The number of elastic materials 3 and 4 for hanging on the toes is increased depending on the size and location of (a). (B) By changing the elastic materials 5 and 6 to Velcro, the fixing force can be adjusted. (C) The elastic materials 3 and 4 are made of a bag of a ventilation material that can cover all of the toes, and the elastic material 6 is extended to the bag of the ventilation material.
Attach to a bag of ventilation material. (D) As the stimulus 9, any object that is irritating to the human body, such as a protrusion, a magnet, and germanium, can be used.

[Effect of the Invention] Therefore, since it is a sole-mounted type, it can be used with existing shoes and socks that have been owned up to that time, and it is not noticeable and has less discomfort, so it can be worn not only during the day but also at bedtime. To maintain health and improve functions
In cases such as dieting, where stimulating for 24 hours is more effective, acupuncture points and nerve reflex areas can be stimulated throughout the day, allowing a greater effect to be expected. It is a wearable health appliance.
