Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】ハウジングの回路基板受容凹部内の比較的
前方位置に接触点を有する下列のコンタクトと、比較的
後方に接触点を有する上列のコンタクトとを有し、前記
回路基板受容凹部に受容される回路基板は前記下列及び
前記上列のコンタクトの前記接触点の間で該接触点を含
むそれぞれのアームに挟まれて弾性的に付勢されて電気
的に接続されるカードエッジコネクタにおいて、 前記下列のコンタクトは、前記回路基板受容凹部よりも
後方で前記ハウジングに対して前記回路基板受容凹部に
対して直交する方向から圧入される圧入方向に延びるビ
ームを含み、前記アームは前記ビームから延出するよう
構成されることを特徴とするカードエッジコネクタ。
The circuit board receiving recess has a lower row of contacts having a contact point at a relatively forward position in a circuit board receiving recess of the housing and an upper row of contacts having a contact point relatively at a rearward position. A card edge connector in which a circuit board to be received is elastically biased and electrically connected between the contact points of the lower row and the upper row of contacts by the respective arms including the contact points. Wherein the lower row of contacts includes a beam extending in a press-fit direction that is press-fitted from the direction perpendicular to the circuit board receiving recess with respect to the housing at a position rearward of the circuit board receiving recess, and the arm is separated from the beam by the beam. A card edge connector configured to extend.
