Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stored dishes from being in contact with each other, by forming a cage made of stainless steel wire rods with wide interval lattice shaped bottom and wall faces and equipping a tray with dish support members formed at proper intervals storable into the cage. SOLUTION: A dish cage with wide interval lattice shaped four wall faces and one bottom face so as to have a storage space 4 for dishes is constituted of plural stainless steel wire rods. Handles 5, 5 for carrying are equipped. A tray 6 is formed with synthetic resin or a metal. The tray 6 has a dish support part 9 comprising a number of parallel or zigzag through-grooves 7 and support parts 8 protruded therebetween on the bottom part. The grooves 7 are formed to have a length so that one end of a dish can fit therein. A number of support parts 10 are formed on side walls of the tray 6. The tray 6 is stored in the cage 1 and dishes are supported by the through-grooves 7 and the support parts 8, 10 to enable the dish cage to store dishes without being in contact with each other.

However, in the above-described tableware storage baskets for tableware storage devices, it is efficient to store a large number of stacked tableware. If the dishes are in close contact with each other and the number is small, they fall down sideways and pile up. There was a problem. Normally, disinfection is performed at 90 ° C for one hour,
If the dishes come into close contact with each other due to overlap or the like, heat may not pass between the dishes, and the temperature between the dishes may only reach about 50 ° C. At this temperature the bacteria do not die and remain on the dishes. For example, in the case of hemorrhagic E. coli O-157, 75 ° C.
Since it does not die unless it is longer than one minute, it is impossible to completely disinfect it by the conventional disinfection method. Further, in the related art, a device for separating tableware has been devised, but there is a disadvantage that it takes time and effort to install each tableware at a predetermined position when using the tableware.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and when a large number of dishes are stored, the stored dishes do not come into close contact with each other. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a basket for storing tableware in which the distance between the tablewares can be naturally maintained by storing the tableware without having to set each tableware one by one. It is intended to constitute a tableware storage basket consisting of a wall and a bottom surface arranged in a grid pattern with a wide space having a storage space for storing tableware by a stainless steel wire, and at appropriate intervals. The tray on which the tableware supporting member is formed can be stored in a tableware storage basket.

As described above, according to the present invention, a tableware storage basket composed of a stainless steel wire rod and a wall-shaped bottom surface and a bottom surface arranged in a grid with a wide space having a storage space for storing tableware. And the trays having the tableware supporting portions formed at appropriate intervals are made freely storable in the tableware storage basket, so that when the tableware is stored in the tableware storage basket,
There is no need for cumbersome manual work such as arranging the dishes one by one, just by putting the dishes in the dish storage basket, the gaps are naturally formed between the dishes and securely locked. When stored in a storage or the like, warm air surely passes between the tableware, and drying and disinfection is reliably performed. In addition, this product can be used for dishwashing as well as storage and storage.
Further, in some cases, the tableware 3, 3,... Can be used while stored in a tray, which is convenient for washing, serving a meal, and the like. In addition, the tray and tableware storage basket are formed separately, which is convenient for cleaning. Further, according to the second, third, and fourth aspects, the configuration of the tray is extremely simple, and it is a practically useful invention such that it can be easily formed and can be provided at low cost.
