2. Description of the Related Art A flow nozzle is installed inside a main water supply pipe of a nuclear power plant or a thermal power plant, but impurities contained in feedwater adhere to the flow nozzle as a scale due to long-term operation. Causes a measurement error. For this reason, a pair of cleaning inspection seats with a nominal diameter of 80 A or more are provided before and after the flow nozzle in the main water supply pipe, and when the plant is stopped, both the cleaning inspection seats are opened, and the flow using the cleaning inspection seats is performed. Stretch the wire penetrating the nozzle inside the pipe, suspend the washing nozzle on the wire, move the washing nozzle along the wire, remove the scale attached to the flow nozzle with the washing water that the washing nozzle blows out, or suspend the mirror In some cases, it is moved along the wire so that the inside of the flow nozzle can be observed and inspected.

However, if such a pair of cleaning and inspection seats are not provided in advance, providing a pair of cleaning and inspection seats in the main water supply pipe requires costly modification of equipment. In addition, since the nominal diameter is 80A or more, it must pass a pressure test by a regulatory agency after modification. Therefore, if a pair of cleaning inspection seats is not provided in advance, it is necessary to cut the main water supply pipe before and after the flow nozzle to remove the scale attached to the flow nozzle, and to restore the cut main water supply pipe after the inspection. But it has one
It requires a construction period of about a week and is very troublesome. In addition, scale is removed by washing with a chemical, but large-scale construction is required.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In the illustrated embodiment, 10 is a pipe such as a main water supply pipe, and 12 is a flow nozzle as equipment installed in the pipe. An opening 11 is formed in the pipe 10 near the flow nozzle in front of or behind the flow nozzle 12, and an opening 11 is formed obliquely in the direction of the flow nozzle.
The distal end of the cylindrical cleaning inspection seat 13 is welded and fixed obliquely so as to be concentric with 1. The fact that the opening 11 is formed in the pipe wall obliquely in the direction of the flow nozzle does not mean that the extension of the center line of the opening 11 and the cleaning inspection seat 13 reaches the flow nozzle. As shown in FIG. 1, this means an oblique direction that makes it easier for the leading ends of the cleaning member and the inspection member to reach the flow nozzle.

FIG. 1A shows a state in which the guide tube 15 through which the cleaning member 16 has passed is inserted into the inside of the pipe 10 from the cleaning inspection seat 13 as described above, and the flange 26 at the rear end of the guide tube 15 is connected to the cleaning inspection seat. The high pressure water is supplied from the high pressure water supply device to the high pressure hose 17 while the high pressure hose is pushed in or pulled in so as to move the cleaning nozzle 19 forward and backward inside the flow nozzle 12 to clean the nozzle. This shows a state in which the inside of the flow nozzle is washed with high-pressure washing water spouting from around the nozzle 19 to remove attached scale. The washing nozzle 19 accommodates the front portion of the high-pressure hose therein and is attached to the front end of the linear cylindrical body 18 slidably fitted on the inner periphery of the front straight portion 15a of the guide tube. By pushing and pulling the hose, the cylinder 18
With the center line CL of the pipe 10. Therefore, the length of the front straight portion 15a of the guide tube 15 and the length of the cylindrical body 18 are determined according to the length of moving the cleaning nozzle 19 forward and backward,
The rear end of the cylindrical body 18 is prevented from falling out of the front end of the guide tube even when the cleaning nozzle is advanced most.

FIG. 1B shows a state in which the guide tube 20 through which the inspection member 21 has passed is inserted into the inside of the pipe 10 from the cleaning inspection seat 13 as described above, and the flange 26 at the rear end of the guide tube 20 is attached to the cleaning inspection seat. The objective lens 24 is advanced and retracted inside the flow nozzle 12 by joining and fixing to the flange 14 of the
This shows a state where the inside of the washed flow nozzle is inspected from the visual observation unit 25 at the rear end of the fiber scope. The objective lens 24 accommodates the front part of the fiberscope therein and is attached to the front end of the linear cylindrical body 23 slidably fitted on the inner periphery of the front straight part 15a of the guide tube. With the push-pull of the pipe 10, it advances and retreats along the center line CL of the pipe 10 integrally with the cylinder 23. Therefore, also in this case, the front straight portion 2 of the guide tube 20

In this way, the inside of the flow nozzle is inspected. If cleaning is insufficient, the flange 26 at the rear end of the guide tube 20 is detached from the flange of the cleaning inspection seat, and the inspection member together with the guide tube is pulled out of the cleaning inspection seat. Then, the cleaning is performed again as described in the aforementioned paragraph 0010 (see FIG. 1A), and after the cleaning is completed, the inspection is performed again as described in the aforementioned paragraph 0012 (see FIG. 1B), and the cleaning is completed. Repeat this until done.

As is apparent from the above, according to the present invention, when a pair of cleaning inspection seats is not provided before and after the equipment installed in the pipe, the front and rear of the equipment installed in the pipe are not provided. By providing only one cleaning inspection seat communicating with the inside of the pipe diagonally toward the device on the nearby pipe wall, the guide pipe penetrated by the cleaning member or the guide pipe penetrated by the inspection member can be inclined as described above. It is inserted into the pipe from the cleaning inspection seat, and the cleaning and inspection of the equipment in the pipe can be performed easily and in a short time, and the equipment installed in the pipe can be easily maintained. And, by reducing the nominal diameter of the cleaning inspection seat, the remodeling is easy, and it is not necessary to undergo a pressure test by a regulatory agency.
