Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a load receiving stage is temporarily installed on a framed scaffold, a large number of single tubes (single frame members made of steel pipes) are vertically and horizontally and diagonally spaced at a required height outside the framed scaffold. Arrange and fix the single-frame framework scaffold-side connecting part and the single-tube crossing part one by one by pipe clamps to form a side-view substantially inverted triangular stage body consisting of beams and diagonal members, A plywood is laid on the beam portion of the stage body and fixed with a wire or the like, and a handrail is assembled around the beam portion with a single pipe and a pipe clamp in the same manner as described above to form a frame for the load receiving stage.

Furthermore, when the height of the framework scaffold increases as the construction progresses, it is necessary to replace the loading stage with the higher side of the framework scaffold.
Every time the receiving stage is replaced, it is necessary to perform the disassembling operation and the assembling operation of the receiving stage, and the efficiency of the temporary operation of the receiving stage is very poor.

A load receiving stage mounting device that is mounted via a mounting bracket has been proposed (see Japanese Patent Application No. 9-91116). As shown schematically in FIG. 16 (A), this mounting device comprises a framework scaffold W
Frame 3 projecting horizontally from the outside, a diagonal member 9 pivotally attached to a lower end of the beam frame 3, and a free end of the diagonal member 9 and a base end of the beam frame 3. A load receiving stage S having a truss structure including the hanging members 10 to be connected is framed on the ground, and is lifted by a crane, and the base end of the beam frame 3 and the free end of the diagonal member 9 are moved outside the framed scaffold W. It is designed to be attached to the upper and lower attachment fittings 2 and 2 attached to the required parts. According to this, attachment and replacement of the load receiving stage to the framework scaffold W can be performed easily and easily.

難を来していた。In this mounting device, the load receiving stage S framed on the ground is suspended by a crane, and the base end of the beam frame 3 is mounted on the upper mounting bracket 2, and then the diagonal member is mounted. When the free end of the truss 9 is attached to the lower mounting bracket 2, the triangle of the truss structure including the beam frame 3, the diagonal members 9, and the suspension members 10 is completely fixed, and the degree of freedom is small. For this reason, when the mounting position m of the free end of the diagonal member 9 and the mounting position n of the mounting bracket 2 are misaligned, for example, as shown in the drawing, the diagonal member 9 is pulled downward by forcibly pulling it. Has to be adjusted to the mounting position n on the mounting bracket 2 side, which has made it very difficult to mount the diagonal member 9.

And a diagonal member 9 pivotally attached to a lower end of the beam frame 3, and a suspending member 10 connecting the free end of the diagonal member 9 and the base end of the beam frame 3.
Of the load receiving stage S having a truss structure consisting of: a base end of the beam frame 3 and a free end of the diagonal member 9 of the load receiving stage S having a trussed structure; An attachment device, wherein the upper end of the hanging member 10 is pivotally attached to the base end of the beam frame 3 so as to be displaceable in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the beam frame 3 and the lower end of the hanging member 10 is It is characterized by being pivotally connected to the free end so as to be displaceable in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the diagonal member. According to this mounting device, as shown in the figure, in order to match the mounting position m of the free end of the diagonal member 9 with the mounting position n of the mounting bracket 2, the hanging member 10 can be slid up and down as appropriate. Diagonal material 9 to beam frame 3
By simply inclining the pivotal connection with the center, the position can be easily adjusted, and the free end of the diagonal member 9 can be easily attached to the attachment 2.

When the free end of the diagonal member 9 is fixed to the lower mounting bracket 2 with the bolt 16, the bolt insertion hole 48 of the free end of the diagonal member 9 is displaced from the bolt insertion hole 19 or 20 of the lower mounting bracket 2. Often. In such a case, the suspension member 10 is pivotally attached at its upper end to the base end of the beam frame 3 by a long hole 31a of the bracket 31 so as to be displaceable in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the beam frame. The lower end of 10 is a bracket 3
6 and 6 is pivotally attached to the free end of the diagonal member 9 in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the diagonal member, and as shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. Hole 31
The position of the bolt insertion hole 48 at the free end of the diagonal member 9 can be shifted in an arbitrary direction by appropriately sliding the hanging member 10 up and down or tilting the diagonal member 9 appropriately through the a and 36a. Thereby, it can be easily fitted to the bolt insertion hole 19 or 20 of the lower mounting bracket 2, and the bolt 16 can be easily fixed. Note that the base end side of the upper handrail frame 40 forming each side handrail 5 may be fixed to the vertical frame member a of the framework scaffold W by the pipe clamp 42.

Is mounted, the temporary work can be performed easily and quickly, and the components of the stage S and the worker are less likely to fall, and safety in work can be secured. When attaching the base end of each beam frame 3 to the mounting bracket 2 on the framed scaffold W side in a state where the load receiving stage S is lifted, the support pins 2 provided on the base end of each beam frame 3 are attached.
8 is hooked into the pin hooking groove 18 of each mounting bracket 2,
Since the base end of each beam frame 3 is fixed to the mounting bracket 2 by the bolt 16, the positioning can be performed easily and the bolt 16 can be easily mounted.

Since the lower end of the hanging member is pivotally connected to the free end of the slant member so as to be displaceable in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the slant member, the free end of the slant member is free to move. Even if the mounting position of the part is displaced from the mounting position on the mounting bracket side, the hanging member is slid up and down as appropriate, and the diagonal member is tilted appropriately about the pivotal connection with the beam frame With only this, the mounting position of the free end of the diagonal member can be easily adjusted to the mounting position of the mounting bracket, and the free end of the diagonal member can be easily mounted on the mounting bracket.
