鋳物砂の場合には鋳物砂がベルトコンベヤから落下して
衝突するシュート筒の傾斜面部分の摩耗が激しくなり傾
斜面に穴が開くという問題があった。

ゆきそれが次第に増大して遂にはシュート筒を詰らせて
しまうという問題がある。したがって種々の製品を鋳造
する工場においては、鋳造品の大きさや形状によりサン
ド/メタル比等が変化するため水分の蒸発量が異なり、
水分の少ない鋳物砂と水分の多い鋳物砂が繰り返し送ら
れてくることから対応が困難となり実際にはシュート筒
の摩耗対策は取られていないのが現実である。本発明は
上記の問題に鑑みて成されたもので、異なった水分量の
鋳物砂が送られてくる場合であってもシュート筒の摩耗
を防止できると共に付着砂によるシュート筒の詰りをな
くすことができる鋳物砂移し替えシュート装置を提供す
ることを目的とする。

シュート筒2を貫通する複数の丸棒軸7、7が千鳥状に
配置され、その両端部をナット8、8で締め付け固定し
ている。また千鳥状に配置した複数の丸棒軸7、7に
は、シュート筒2内部分においてパイプ材9、9が回転
可能にして貫通嵌合されている。なお前記丸棒軸7、7
とパイプ材9、9は前記ベルトコンベヤ4のベルト移動
方向に並行延長して配置されていてベルトコンベヤ4の
先端から幅をもって落下される鋳物砂Sが多くのパイプ
材9、9に同時に衝突されるように(図1(ロ)参照)
