【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】複数の医療機関に属する電子カルテの複写
を一括して蓄積する第1の記憶手段と、患者を紹介する
紹介元の医療機関の計算機からの患者の診療情報登録要
求に応答して第1の記憶手段から該当する電子カルテを
取得して紹介先医療機関識別情報を付加して第2の記憶
手段に格納する処理手段と、紹介先医療機関の計算機か
らの紹介患者についての診療情報照会に応答して第2の
記憶手段から該当する電子カルテを取得して紹介先医療
機関の計算機へ送信する処理手段とを有することを特徴
とする診療情報を他医療機関に開示する装置。
1. A first storage means for collectively storing copies of electronic medical records belonging to a plurality of medical institutions, and responding to a request for registration of medical information of a patient from a computer of a medical institution which introduces the patient. Processing means for acquiring the corresponding electronic medical record from the first storage means, adding the referral medical institution identification information and storing the same in the second storage means, and providing medical care for a referral patient from a computer of the referral medical institution. Processing means for acquiring the corresponding electronic medical record from the second storage means in response to the information inquiry and transmitting the electronic medical record to the computer of the referral destination medical institution, the medical information being disclosed to another medical institution.

して紹介元の医療機関向けの診療情報を作成して開示す
る方法であって、患者を紹介する紹介元の医療機関の計
算機からの患者の診療情報登録要求に応答して第1の記
憶手段から該当する電子カルテを取得して紹介先医療機
関識別情報を付加して第2の記憶手段に格納し、紹介先
医療機関の計算機からの紹介患者についての診療情報照
会に応答して第2の記憶手段から該当する電子カルテを
取得して紹介先医療機関の計算機へ送信することを特徴
とする診療情報を他医療機関に開示する方法。

て、該プログラムは下記ステップを含む: (a)患者を紹介する紹介元の医療機関の計算機からの
患者の診療情報登録要求に応答して第1の記憶手段から
該当する電子カルテを取得して紹介先医療機関識別情報
を付加して第2の記憶手段に格納し、(b)紹介先医療
機関の計算機からの紹介患者についての診療情報照会に
応答して第2の記憶手段から該当する電子カルテを取得
して紹介先医療機関の計算機へ送信する。

A computer program embodied on a computer-readable storage medium, with reference to an electronic medical record in a first storage means for collectively storing copies of electronic medical records belonging to a plurality of medical institutions. A program for creating and disclosing medical information for a referral medical institution, the program including the following steps: (a) a request for registration of patient's medical information from a computer of a referral medical institution introducing a patient; (B) obtains the corresponding electronic medical record from the first storage means, adds the referral medical institution identification information and stores it in the second storage means, and (b) introduces the patient from the computer of the referred medical institution. In response to the medical information inquiry about, the relevant electronic medical record is obtained from the second storage means and transmitted to the computer of the referred medical institution.
