Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an energy saving effect by fixing one end of a second packing at a location where the temperature of receiving parts themselves rapidly changes toward the inside of a room from receiving surfaces of the receiving parts heated or at a location farther within the inside of the room. SOLUTION: In a refrigerator 1, door packings 22, 38, 33 and 42 are made to adhere to receiving parts 11-16 forming receiving surfaces of the door packings provided on the doors 21, 31, 32 and 41 for the prevention of leakage of chilled air outside. Each one of second packings 23, 36, 37 and 38 is fixed at locations L where the temperature of the receiving parts themselves rapidly changes toward the inside of a chamber from receiving surfaces of the receiving parts 11-15 or at locations L farther within the room. Other ends of the second packings 23, 36, 37 and 43 are brought into contact with parts of the internal surfaces of the doors 21, 31, 32 and 41 or brought into contact with the parts of the internal surfaces of the doors 21, 31, 32 and 41 while being done with each one end of the containers 34 and 35 to keep chilled air within the room from hitting the heated receiving parts 11-16.

FIG. 9 shows a refrigeration cycle of the refrigerator 1.
The refrigerant compressed by the compressor 51 first flows to the dip condenser 54 used for evaporating the drain water, then flows to the main condenser 55 and then flows upward, as indicated by the arrow, as shown by the arrow. After receiving the crest condenser 56 for preventing the sticking, the receiving parts 11 to 15, 16 at the opening end of the outer box
After flowing through a conduit 60 provided in the like and evaporating and cooling by an evaporator 52 through a capillary tube 57,
The compression is performed again by the compressor 51. In this way, the pipe 60 buried in the frontage of the main body is heated by about 5 to 7 ° C. higher than room temperature to radiate heat and receive the receiving portions 11 to 1
The occurrence of dew condensation on the surface such as 5, 16 is prevented.

FIG. 5 shows the distance (mm) from the receiving surface (for example, receiving surface 12A) of the receiving portion (for example, receiving portion 12) with the front end heated to the room direction and the temperature of the receiving portion itself (wall surface). temperature)
It is a graph which shows the relationship of (degreeC). The temperature of the receiving surface is line 6
0 is about 35 ° C., so there is about 33 ° C. due to the temperature gradient, but from about 10 mm to about 30 mm from this receiving surface.
When entering the room, the temperature of the receiving part rapidly decreases, and becomes about -10 ° C to about -20 ° C at about 30 mm or more. If one end of the second packing (for example, the second packing 36) is fixed and provided at a location such as the surface of the receiving portion 30 mm or more away from the receiving surface of the receiving portion toward the room, the cold air in the room is heated. Since the second packing itself is not heated by the heat conduction from the receiving portion, the energy saving effect can be improved.
