Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glove used for works and capable of preventing the generation of injurious discharge phenomena, even when a worker puts on any wear and works. SOLUTION: This glove for works is produced by adding an antistatic agent to a rubbery main material and subsequently molding the raw material into the glove, while ensuring the inner and outer surface water-tightness of the molded glove. Therein, a fiber-raised layer 1 or a woven fabric layer 2 may be disposed on the whole inner surface of the glove comprising a rubbery single layer 3 in response to the kind of the work.

2. Description of the Related Art It is widely known that clothes and the like are charged with static electricity. In particular, in clothes using fibers made of synthetic resin as a high quality insulator, the static electricity is generated by friction or the like. When a conductor and a human body come into contact with each other, harmful discharge phenomena such as a sensation of an unpleasant electric shock, along with light rays and sound accompanying the discharge of the static electricity, often occur.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A work glove according to the present invention, which has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, has a main material which is dried and has elasticity like rubber (hereinafter, referred to as a rubber main material). A material in which an antistatic agent is blended is formed into gloves while ensuring watertightness inside and outside after molding. In some cases, a brushed layer or a woven fabric layer may be provided on the entire inner surface of the glove composed of the rubber layer, depending on the operation to be used.
Brushed and woven fabric materials and woven fabric woven structures are hygroscopic,
What is necessary is just to select suitably so as to provide the properties that are important for various products, such as antibacterial properties, cushioning properties, or touch. or,
It goes without saying that various additives such as pigments and antibacterial agents can be appropriately compounded even in the material of the rubbery layer.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a working glove according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1B is a first embodiment of the work glove according to the present invention. This is a material made by mixing an antistatic agent into a rubbery main material,
It is formed as an ultra-thin glove consisting of only a single layer of the rubber layer 3 while ensuring watertightness inside and outside after molding. This glove is formed by coating the sol-like material on a hand-shaped mold and turning it off after drying, and it is preferably in close contact with the hand due to the elasticity of the material, and is extremely thin. In addition, the feeling transmitted to the hand during work is less likely to be reduced. Therefore, it is used in medical sites, laboratories, various types of precision processing sites, and the like, which use relatively delicate fingertips. Depending on the application, powder 4 or the like may be attached to the entire inner surface of the glove.

FIG. 1C shows a working glove according to a second embodiment of the present invention. This is to prevent the glove from sticking to the inner surface of the glove due to sweating.
By attaching fine wool or non-woven fabric over the whole area, further inverting the bristles using static electricity, coating the sol-like material in the same manner as in the first embodiment, drying it, and turning it off 2 comprising a rubbery layer 3 and a raised layer 1
This is a glove having a layered structure. Since the gloves are slightly thicker than the first embodiment, the gloves are not suitable for delicate work, and are generally used for house cleaning, gardening, washing, and the like.

FIG. 1D shows a working glove according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In order to increase the strength of the glove itself, the glove body (woven cloth layer 2) made of woven cloth
A rubber material containing an antistatic agent mixed with a rubber material is solidified to form a rubber layer 3 and a woven fabric layer 2.
This is a glove having a layered structure. In this glove, the knitted fabric of 100% cotton (a knitted fabric of a vertical knit or a flat knit may be used) is used as the woven fabric layer (glove body) 2, so that it is highly hygroscopic and can be comfortably worked. In addition, since the rubber layer 3 is thicker than in the second embodiment, it is used in a relatively heavy work site such as a machine / automobile-related factory, a construction / civil engineering work site, and the like.

[0009] These work gloves are provided with a function of uniformly preventing the hands from being stained with water, oil or other liquid. Therefore, in molding, the inner and outer watertightness after molding is ensured. It is necessary to take care to prevent the occurrence of pinholes. In addition, a predetermined pattern such as, for example, a checkered pattern may be raised as a non-slip means in accordance with various operations.

As a material of the rubber layer 3, various additives such as a pigment are blended with a synthetic resin mainly composed of polyvinyl chloride (hereinafter, referred to as PVC).
Further, a mixture containing an antistatic agent is used.

It is generally considered that when the specific resistance value of a substance exceeds a predetermined value, the substance tends to be charged with static electricity.
Soft vinyl chloride such as VC is one of them.
Plays a role in lowering the volume resistivity of the rubber material. As a result, the rubber layer 3 has a resistivity value capable of releasing static electricity carried on the clothes of the worker to the ground with a certain voltage drop.
It will be interposed between the worker's hand and the conductor which is in a grounded state and which should be touched. In addition, as a main material of the rubbery layer 3, in addition to the vinyl chloride, silicon rubber, synthetic rubber,
Examples include natural rubber and urethane elastomer, and examples of the antistatic agent include anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, and surfactant mixtures.

As described above, when the work gloves according to the present invention are used, even if the work is performed while wearing work clothes made of a material which is easily charged, the static electricity attached to the clothes is transmitted through the non-slip projections. Discharge does not require an unpleasant electric shock, and noise due to static electricity sparks can cause malfunctions of electronic devices, thereby preventing dangers such as unexpected accidents.
