とっても大変に不便な事である。鶏卵は生産効率を上げ
るために、鶏を運動も出来ない狭いケージの中に入れ、
卵を産む機械の様に扱われている。この様にストレスの
溜った鶏から生産された卵は味が悪く、品質に欠陥(卵
アレルギーを起こす原因)が生じても不思議でない。本
発明はアレルギーを起こさない卵を非常に簡単で、安
く、しかも、小さなケイジーの中で飼育しても非常に美
味しく、こくがある卵を作ろうとするものである。

ャズ、ニューウミュージック、クラシック、宗教音楽等
がある。その中で、効果のあるのはクラシック音楽であ
る。クラシック音楽の中でもベートベン、ビバルディ、
モーツアルト作曲の音楽に高い効果が出る。更に効果を
上げるには、この音楽に例えば、めじろ、ほおじろ、カ
ナリヤ、鶯等の野鳥の囀りを併用すると強い効果が出る
事が分かった。

枝を突き刺して、楊枝が倒れる時間を計った。鶏の卵A
は平均5秒で倒れた,鶏の卵Bは1時間以上経過しても
倒れなかった。 d)卵の殻の硬さの比較試験は鶏の卵Aでは20個中1
8個が破損し、2個にひびがはいった。鶏の卵Bでは2
0個中1個にひびが入っただけであった。 e)卵への飼料効率は卵A、B各100個を用いて総重
量に差があるか有為検定した結果、明らかに差が出た。 f)卵のエネルギー値、コレステロール値は鶏の卵Aの
エネルギー162kcal、鶏の卵Bのエネルギー13
2kcalで鶏の卵Aのエネルギーより約18.50%
低い、鶏の卵Aのコレステロール値は470mg、鶏の
卵Bのコレステロール値は375mgで、鶏の卵Aコレ
ステロール値より約20.2%低い。鶏の卵Aの脂質値
は11.2g、鶏の卵Bのコレステロール値は8.8g
で、鶏の卵Aの脂質値より約21.4%低い。

【発明の効果】本発明の方法によれば、アレルギーを起
こさない卵の作り方は非常に簡単であり、コストが掛ら
ないので安く、市販の卵と同様にアレルギー患者にも手
軽に利用出来る。従って、その効果は非常に大きい。音
楽を聴かせて育てた鳥の卵は狭いケイジーの中で飼育し
ているにもかかわらず非常に美味しく、こくがあり、放
し飼いの鶏の卵と同等、又はそれ以上の味である。これ
らの結果はいずれも音楽が鳥のストレスを軽くするため
と思われる。又、卵の殻が硬くなるので輸送中に卵が壊
れにくい。卵を室温に放置しても鮮度が落ちにくく、黄
身が固く盛り上がっているので箸で持ち上げる事ができ
る。従って、冷蔵庫に入れて置けば、何時までも新鮮さ
が保たれ美味しく食べる事が出来る。ストレスが無く体
調が艮いためか、病気に罹りにくく、通常の方法で飼育
された卵より、卵が大きく重量があるり、明らかに飼料
効率が良い。卵のエネルギー値は、鶏の卵Aのエネルギ
ーより約18.50%低く。鶏の卵のコレステロール値
は、鶏の卵Aコレステロール値より約20.2%低い。
鶏の卵の脂質値は、鶏の卵Aの脂質値より約21.4%
低い結果となった。
